We're a 2nd floor condo across the street from the beach with an ocean view. Our pool is also heated to 84F in the winter for any of our snowbirds! You'll love our extended East facing balcony with ocean views with easy access to a biking/running trail. We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. This is a Destin city ordinance to keep the riff raff down.
