Absolutely beautiful place! HUGE BALCONY with the MOST AMAZING VIEWS OF THE GULF OF MEXICO! You will not be disappointed in this beautiful condo, I’d honestly call it a penthouse with a huge wrap around balcony and private master balcony!

Brandon’s place was just as described and absolutely amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Beautiful ocean view, beach easily accessible, great pools on site, and close to many places we wanted to visit. Brandon was very responsive ans actually he was the one that reached out to us to make sure everything was going ok and we had everything we needed/wanted. Washer and dryer on site were super helpful! We will definitely be staying at Brandon’s & Amy’s again in the future!

Colleen from start to finish was extremely professional and responsive to any and all questions I had both prior to arrival and during our stay. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone trying to get away and just relax. The private pools with gate codes added a level of comfort and made you feel right at home. The listing is in a perfect location with tons of things to do right on the property. The beach was perfect, shockingly it wasn't crowded for how amazing the weather was and there are chairs available to use. We couldn't have been happier with our trip and certainly look to come back in the years to come. Colleen definitely has a perfect location for all. The actual condo is beautiful and is as described. The facility is well- maintained and feels safe. The beaches are spectacular. This particular unit has a beautiful view of the sunrise over the ocean. Guests should be aware that some of the listed amenities are not available during the off season. We wouldn't have changed our lodging plans if we'd known ahead of time that, for example, there is no shuttle or on-site breakfast options in February. But it's difficult to accurately compare value without an accurate description. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were happy with our choice. Marie was helpful and accessible via messaging.

We had a blast, we traveled for my friends birthday. Everything was perfect, perfect room and perfect location. We decided not to rent a car and that was a great decision. We literally walked or Uber everywhere we needed to go. The only thing that was not good is that we found a pair of panties hanging on the door knob of one of the rooms. We discarded them but questioned the cleanliness of the room. We brought Lysol wipes and wiped things down just in case. Otherwise it’s definitely somewhere we would love to visit longer than 3 days.

The Sandestin resort was absolutely gorgeous! The host gave great instructions on how to check in. Wonderful stay and would love to come back!

I had a great stay at The Palms Resort in Destin! The condo was very clean, and the entire resort was well-kept and beautiful. It’s in a great location and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Just a quick note for future guests—make sure to check that the Wi-Fi is working properly, as we had a few connection issues. Other than that, everything was wonderful. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Our room was so beautiful with an incredible view. Clean everything! Comfortable beds, great sound system, stocked kitchen and helpful staff. Our TV settings needed to be changed and we had to call the front desk for the correct remote. Hector came to our room within 10 minutes and helped us out! Special shout out to him.
