Beautiful condo. Very clean. It is across the road from the beach but did have beach views. Responsive host that checked in on us after check-in.

We're so happy that we got to spend a week at Jalina's listing! It's such a great spot! You can walk, or bicycle as far as you want to explore. So much to see and do up and down 30A. It really is a hidden gem. You're right in the middle of Rosemary, Aly, and Seacrest. If it's available for the days you're trying to travel, just go ahead and book it! Mitzi’s place was absolutely wonderful! Such great views of the property and the gulf from her unit. The condo was both beautiful and comfy at the same time! So enjoyed my stay at her place and will plan to stay there again in the future!

Mark & Pam’s Air BnB lived up to their stellar reviews! My husband and I had a lovely stay over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The condo looked just like the photos + Mark & Pam had amazing recommendations of things to do and places to eat every day. Mark & Pam also supplied ALL the beach essentials- towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. On our first day, we discovered the umbrella was broken and they were quick to purchase and deliver a new one to our door. If you can, definitely rent bikes! We loved biking into Rosemary Beach every day for dinner, ice cream, or the farmer’s market. All in all a beautiful and perfect beach trip- will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

My spouse and I celebrated our anniversary with a week-long stay at this exceptional location. Its proximity to area attractions was ideal. We were delighted to enjoy the fireworks display directly from our room. We highly recommend this location and plan to return. Samantha's responsiveness and flexibility regarding check-in were greatly appreciated.

Great location and close to everything we needed. Awesome little private beach on the sound side, perfect for our little kids. Place was very clean, comfortable secure. We are already discussing a return visit!

Nikki was great, friendly, responsive fast, place was neat, clean, nicely decorated for the location, walking distance to Walmart, restaurants with good food, your breath will be taken away from the location and view. I’m glad we booked with her. This was me and my husbands first anniversary and enjoyed it fully. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! The entire stay went smoothly and they were incredibly thoughtful as well as responsive. It was a tad pricy for taste but I wouldn’t change it. There were a few dirty pans but with a light scrub they were fine.

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

This unit is on the 20th floor that gives great views of the beach and water below. A beautiful place to stay with plenty of spacious room!

We had a marvelous stay! The location was right in the center of all the hot spots, and the amenities were fantastic! We loved riding around in the golf cart! For our first stay in Rosemary beach, the guidebook was fantastic at directing us to everything we needed to know! We will definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway. Shopping, places to eat and the beach all within walking distance. What more do you need? We will definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful trip to PCB. Kimberly was wonderful to deal with and so quick to respond to any questions. The condo had just about everything we needed. Kimberly was so thoughtful with little touches like a few snacks upon arrival and was so nice to have things like extra toilet paper, plenty of paper towels and even some laundry pods. You can tell she really put thought into the small details. Lots of towels both for the bathrooms and for the pool was so helpful. The condo was walkable to many places and having chair service included was a HUGE plus. We lived on the very spacious balcony. The view was incredible and even for it being a holiday week it felt pretty quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Florin was responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was very easy, the unit was beautiful, and the location was perfect for being close to everything we needed!

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

Fantastic, breathtaking view! you are on the top floor! beautiful. worth the stay! the beach is accessible from the hotel, no need to cross a street. several pools and hot tubs.
