We are very close to Portobello, Edinburgh’s seaside and 20 minutes from the city centre, making it an ideal location to explore the beautiful city of Edinburgh and the East Lothian countryside. An ideal base for couples & families, close to Holyrood Park, Arthur’s Seat and with lots of lovely bars & restaurants within walking distance. We welcome well behaved dogs, kids & their owners!

We are always contactable to ensure your stay goes perfectly! We have fully renovated a historic 1800s Tailors, located in the trendy Shore Of Leith. Built to the highest standards we paid homage to the building. You will have a 4 bed town house stretching 136 SQM all to yourself with rainfall showers, a bath to relax, towels, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel provided as well as freshly ground coffee and tea so you can relax in our sun trap south-facing garden to get your Scottish sun tan!

Elm House - Hillside, Edinburgh City Centre

Our stylish lower ground floor apartment is part of a historic Georgian town house. It has its own main door entrance and a shared outdoor heated patio area. It is a 10 minute walk from Waverley Railway Station and adjacent to the airport tram link. Situated just off vibrant Leith Walk, it is close to the new St James Quarter and all of the attractions of Edinburgh's Old and New Town. It is overlooked by the beautiful Calton Hill where you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views of the city.
