Located at West Edinburgh, it's very close to the Zoo, Murrayfield Stadium and the Edinburgh Airport. The tram is only 8min walk. It comes every 7min and can take you to City Centre, to Leith area and to the Airport. The room has king size bed and is ideal for couples and professionals. The house can offer breakfast, coffee and tea. Free parking on street. No pets please. No smoking in house.

The Canal Room sits upstairs within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. Female only. Bright and airy double room 1 guest. Newly decorated with new carpets in a family home. It's quiet residential area shared with me & my 2 cats. Upstairs bathroom is modern fully tiled with original Cast Iron bath & downstairs shower room. Back garden for smokers. Free on street safe parking. Appr 20 minutes by bus to Central Edinburgh £2 per trip or upwards of £10 Taxi/Uber. 20 minutes walk to the Royal Botanical Gardens and 5 minutes to Granton Bay. Female guests only please.

Bright single room with private shower room

We have one immaculately presented single room with a walk in wardrobe and a private shower room (which boasts a rain shower and hand held shower). The single room is accessed from its own entrance just inside the main front door to the house so it's very private. Please see our other listing for our double or twin room (also with private shower room) that we let to guests. Self service continental breakfast is offered. We have a friendly cat. Cars can be parked for free on our street.

A perfect haven to stay to enjoy Edinburgh and all its attractions! Close to the city centre yet quiet enough for a good night's sleep! The room is lovely, bright & spacious with twin beds, or super king size bed (for couples). It has been newly refurbished and enjoys a bijou en-suite shower room. Easy access to the city centre either on foot or bus. There are 2 regular & frequent bus services - you'll love it! Wonderful views of Arthur's Seat & Blackford Hill Royal Observatory.

Direct access to city, airport and train station, bus stops outside house. Supermarket opposite which has a cafe, Free driveway parking available. Continental Breakfast provided in room. Room has sloping ceilings so maybe a problem for tall guests. Room is upstairs so not suitable for young children or disabled

A beautiful family home for 3 generations of the same family in the heart of the city. We offer a cosy double ensuite room on the ground floor of the house. Please note: this is a family home, not a B&B. Lewis, Kate and their two young kids live on upper floors. Catherine (grandma) and Beau (the cat) live on the ground floor. Breakfast is self-service. We provide: bread/toast, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, coffee, tea, fruit juice. We look forward to welcoming you!
