No crowds, just fresh air and absolutely gorgeous scenery. From the two decks, you will be mesmerized by the captivating Needles mountain range. You will feel as though you have gone to heaven!

Location location location!!! Our Mountain Lodge style townhouse is located on the Animas River next to the River Trail. The heart of downtown is a 5 minute walk. Our 2300 sq ft home was built in 2008. The unit is upstairs and includes an elevator for access at the front door, a garage space with a 220 EV charging station, stairs up to the back of the unit, and on street parking. There are code locks on the doors. The home can sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
