Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Durango

This was our second time staying here and definitely reinforced everything we loved the first time. Very clean. So comfortable. They provide everything you could need. And you cannot beat the location!! We are grateful for Sarah sharing this little oasis in Durango.

Incredible house in and incredible location with an incredible host. The house was immaculate and very clean, we felt right at home. We met for a family reunion and had a great time. The house is spacious and comfortable and the view from the large patio is exceptional. You can really see the river down below and the mountains in the distance. Lovely way to start and end the day.

House is located very close to walking trails through Durango. The fully fenced rear back yard was great for my medium sized dog to move around off leash after traveling. neighborhood is quiet, beds comfortable, I would stay here again for my next stay in Durango.

We stayed at this beautiful home in Hesperus, Colorado for a family reunion, and it was absolutely perfect. The place was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The peaceful surroundings and stunning views added so much to our stay. Our entire family felt comfortable and right at home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway! The host, Connie was great with communication which made our stay a breeze.

Melissa's place was spotless, private, quiet, and walking distance to the best coffee shop in Durango. The space itself is airy and light-filled, with a comfy bed. I loved how centrally located it was while still being able to see deer walking by at sunset. It stayed plenty warm in the middle of January, and I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly comfortable and well-stocked with everything (and more!) you could possibly need. The views were absolutely beautiful—so peaceful and scenic. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Would definitely stay again!

The riverside cottage was so quaint and comfortable. The area was beautiful and peaceful. We even had several deer and families of geese right outside our door. It was beyond our expectations.

We thought the pictures looked inviting and the reality was even better. This was a charming apartment, thoughtfully furnished with a wonderful kitchen. The decor was thoughtful, the host wonderful. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our stay and hope to return someday!

Very nice apartment with all that is needed for a relaxing stay. Jason had prepared everything very well. It was the only Airbnb on our trip that had the Pack‘n‘Play and the high chair for our child already set up. Thanks for hosting us!

Easy check in, very clean, comfortable bed, great location…walking distance to groceries, dining and train stations.

Brittany’s place was very nice! We loved the location with the river & the train. The apartment had very nice finishes. All the linens were very nice and the bed was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Lovely place. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location between Silverton and Durango. Very clean. Stayed here in the summer for hiking and enjoyed all the natural light the space offers- but maybe bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in a bit in the morning. Would stay again!

Our first time at Purgatory with our family of 5 and the location was great! Hosts were responsive if we had a question, a short walk to the ski lift and loved that it was on the first floor. Also loved the bench outside the door to put on and take off your ski boots. Highly recommend!

Aliyas place was a wonderful place to stay with a party of 4. Separate bathrooms, but common areas where we could cook, dine & enjoy each others company. Amenities were great, and so was the location. It was quiet and nice and it was a great night's rest. Thanks Aliya!

We stayed at Melissa’s place for my niece’s high school graduation. The location ended up being more perfect than we had intended! It was an easy drive to and from town, and very quiet! It was absolutely perfect, and everything we were looking for it to be. The area was clean and very welcoming. Instructions were easy to follow, and the place was easy to find! I would 100% recommend Josh's place -- it's fresh and modern, has every amenity plus a sweet rooftop patio -- it was so easy and comfortable to be here. I was immediately at home. It's a short walk to downtown Durango, and the wonderful Coop grocery store is right across the street. Josh was quick to respond and friendly. I would stay here again!

Stayed at Andrews for 5 days- wonderful location. Loved the town and his place is very comfy and cozy. I'd definitely stay there again, can hike anywhere from his place which I loved.
