Surrounded by national forest, this newly built custom home has a stunning view from literally every window and is very comfortable. Across the street from a trail head for hiking and dogs and mtn bikes. Just 15 minutes from downtown, yet secluded and private. A luxuriously stocked kitchen with all new appliances large granite island. The home is truly one of a kind and very 'magical'. Please note the owner does live in the separate entrance basement but privacy is deeply valued for all parties.

Ranch-style 460 sq ft studio with full bathroom & attached kitchen area. This studio has epic views of the creek & mountains and is located 200 ft from the main house. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!
