Welcome to Santa Fe! This charming studio cottage iand my home share the property in this quiet residential neighborhood. The cottage is full of Santa Fe charm with a cozy, pretty interior, skylights and lots of natural light, a fully-stocked kitchen corner, handmade cabinets, Mexican tile, comfy queen-sized bed, and a private garden patio. It's a quiet haven but centrally located, just 2 miles from the Plaza/downtown. It's a lovely place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
“Virginia’s home is so lovely! She greeted us when we arrived and gave us local tips on where to go. There was fresh flowers and everything you need for coffee. We had a lovely stay and felt very at home in her little cottage.”
Our place is close to public transport. You’ll love the place because of the ambiance, good for solo adventurers and business travelers. There is a sunshield to prevent excessive heat during the day plus an extractor fan in the skylight. There are no drapes but you'll be quite far enough from the road for the unlikelihood of peeping passers-by (!) and the morning sun should greet you filtered through the great pinon tree.
“This place is fantastic!! Christopher is a wonderful host, he is kind, generous, warm and personable, but not intrusive. He offers local tips, and engaging conversation, if you wish to engage. He also offered coffee, tea and light breakfast in the morning. The sunroom is amazing, I loved it. It is very clean, you get the sunrise in the morning. Also loved the outdoor patio and table to sit at right outside the room. It's back off the road, you get a full New Mexico experience. And a quick walk up the road gives great views of the sunset and mountains. The reviews sounded great when I booked it, but the experience was even better. I loved this place, and Christopher is such a great host, I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Santa Fe”

Lots of natural light! worldwide photos and artifacts throughout. Washer dryer available for a fee of $4/ load... we are in a desert, use water wisely.
“This is a lovely and comfortable house. Super convenient to the downtown area, and we we were able to walk to the station to catch the commuter train when we decided to spend a day in Albuquerque. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is private. A nice place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. It was so nice to have coffee on the counter and lots of local information to browse. Kitty the cat was a lovely host and kindly submitted to a lot of petting. She made the house even more homey. We would like to return, and will recommend Kim’s place to anyone vacationing in Santa Fe.”
