Beautiful setting and quaint southwestern vibes at this Airbnb!

Great stay for a family! The two bedroom condo has each bedroom and bathroom on either side of the common living space, which is great for privacy. The tennis courts and parking lot are accessible from the back entrance from the gated courtyard. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The amenities are nice, but beware that kids are only allowed to use the pool during restricted hours (I believe 1-4PM some days of the week, and something else was going on during Sunday that I couldn't figure out but our family was turned away at the pool desk).

The directions and check-in instructions were super specific and clear. Fantastic location between railyard and Plaza! Although Luc was out of town during our stay, he stayed in communication so well that we felt like he was there. He responded so quickly to our questions - one time it was within a minute - usually less than 5 minutes. We loved the whole experience and property, however, stand-outs were the private courtyard and the fireplace. Our first night there was overcast and a little chilly, so we made a fire with pinon wood in the kiva fireplace. It was fantastic, smelled so good, and made a dreary night a positive experience. My husband utilized the shared hot tub and loved it. Although the condo was in a 100 year old adobe, the bathroom was modern and very clean. The whole place was updated and very clean and there were a lot of little, thoughtful touches to make us feel comfortable. Hope to stay there, again.

This property is gorgeous! The open kitchen/living/dining plus the outdoors spaces with huge windows and double sided fire place made the private usable area feel extra spacious. Our college boys loved having the private entry, office space, and mini kitchen for themselves in the lower room. We enjoyed an amazing sunset on the master bedroom balcony one evening. The variety of artwork throughout the house makes it feel like a gallery. Everything we needed and more was available AND the place is walking distance to so many fun things to do in Santa Fe. In addition to all of the art galleries, we walked to shopping, historic churches, a churro bar, a park, and a place to make our own pottery.

Loved how easy, kind and convenient check in and overall experience. Loved the decor and the beds were so comfortable! More private than expected. Love that it wasn’t in the middle of tourist madness. Very calm and real neighborhood with a real taste of Santa Fe. I am so happy we found this place. Hot tub came in handy! Thank you so much

The location was perfect, the staff helpful, and the condo was comfortable and very nicely set up. Make sure the check out the sunrise or sunset from Old Fort Marcy park right behind the complex. Gorgeous 360 degree views of the city.

The apartment is full of charm! Close to the center on foot (even if it goes up a little) and very quiet. Great for a few days stay.

Great location for exploring Santa Fe on foot!

A great little condo that is very well located. We walked to the Plaza and dinner. It was very clean and the perfect size for us and our two teenage daughters. (We didn't spend a ton of time in the room excerpt to sleep. 😊) They said the sofabed was very comfortable especially compared to others they have slept on. Brook was great to work with & very helpful with questions!

Maxine was a wonderful & proactive hostess. Home was exactly as advertised. It is not in the heart of Santa Fe, but it is priced accordingly and the area it is in offers easy access to groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, and more. It's also very close to Meow Wolf (an experience we recommend). It was a very quiet neighborhood. Maxine's home offered many touches that other rentals forget about, including a comfortable outside area, smart TVs ready-to-go, comfortable inside seating, and more. The front and back screen doors allow for a wonderful crossbreeze to take advantage of the nice climate there. We never needed the AC. Along with skylights throughout the house, it felt good to use almost 0 electricity while we were there (vs our home in hot Texas). Definitely recommend staying here if you want comfort and silence, but want to avoid the exorbitant pricing of downtown Santa Fe.

We come to Santa Fe often to visit our kids & grandkids. Our stay was made better by having a such a nice place to stay. Omar, our host, was always available, friendly, & helpful. Omar’s house was well furnished & the kitchen had everything needed to be able to do as much or as little cooking as you wanted. Check-in & check-out was easy-peasy. A great stay. Will certainly try to stay there again. Thank you Omar.

Nice two BR two Bath, tastefully decorated. One person in our party remarked that the kitchen had "everything you could want to cook on our own". We were constantly out and about so we did not use the kitchen. There was a full sized fridge and freezer which we did take advantage of, it was very handy. Not sure if its mentioned in the description but there is a common fenced courtyard off the kitchen with some nice roses and a table for four. Nice rooftop deck off of the upstairs bedroom which gave a nice place to relax and enjoy the neighborhood views and cooling breezes in the evening. The location was very close to old town Sante Fe, about 11 minutes walk to the central Plaza. We walked all over old town and were never very far from our lodgings, it made it very convenient to nip back and check on the dog or grab something. Sante Fe was very dog friendly with most galleriesallowing dogs to come in, lots of outside eating establishments with space for furry friends.

This place was so lovely! Great location that’s very walkable to the main plaza, peaceful, beautifully decorated, well appointed with good amenities, and super clean. Definitely added to our overall great experience visiting Santa Fe for a long weekend. Getting into the community and parking was a challenge because there’s lots of codes to deal with and some confusion due to their constant changing by the condo management, but the place was so fantastic it made it all worth the extra effort. I highly recommend it!

Great place in Santa Fe not far from the Plaza and all other activities. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

This place exceeded our expectations for our New Years ski trip! The condo was spacious and clean, with two cute balconies and an excellently equipped kitchen. We had two adults and two grown kids in our party, and we had plenty of lounge and dining space in the common areas. We cooked several meals, and had everything we needed including pots, pans, pyrex, and food storage. Coffee, tea, and basic spices were stocked. The location was great! Walking distance to The Plaza, shops and restaurants. we could see the NYE fireworks from the living room, so we didn’t have to go out at midnight in the cold. It was super safe with an entry gate at the driveway and keypad entry. We cant thank Lois enough, and hope to return next year!

We wanted to stay another night but unfortunately it was booked. Patti was super prompt in responding to my request do we could make other plans. The place was exactly what we wanted
