“Mary’s space was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in - and Mary was the best host! Everything was so clean and she provided every tiny thing I might have forgotten at home. She gave us several recommendations on food, hiking and breweries and all were incredible. This place is absolutely perfect for 2 people. Any problems we had, Mary was there to fix them within minutes. I highly recommend this place for an intimate getaway!”
Second-floor apartment with shared entrance in four-story house, two blocks away from restaurants, stores, coffee shops, and bars of Colorado Avenue in Old Colorado City. Long covered porch facing west with views spanning from Cheyenne Mountain to Garden of the Gods.
“Rosemarie was a phenomenal host, and the space is beautiful. It’s easy to realize that a lot of thought and care was put into ensuring the guest’s visit is as seamless and worry-free as possible. You’ll have everything you need here. Not to mention the view from the balcony is breathtaking! Old Colorado City is super cozy and there’s easy access to all of the great things Colorado Springs has to offer. It’s only a couple of minutes from Dutch Brothers (greatest coffee) as well as downtown Colorado City. Highly recommend!”

“Super great place to stay. I saw the cleaning fee was expensive and wondered about it, but it made sense once we stayed there so I'll explain a bit. She provided us with snacks, breakfast sandwiches, and even what looked like home made toffee. The place was super clean and when checking out the process was very convenient, not having wash dishes or take out the trash plus she provided some bags to take stuff with us if needed. There was also seasoning provided for us if we wanted to cook something. So the cleaning fee doesn't feel so crazy on account of all that and that the place was very reasonably priced already. Another good thing to note is that it's a block away from a super tasty ice cream place. We wanted to hike Pike's and it's only 10 minutes from the trailhead. It's also tucked away though so we felt very private despite feeling close to everything. Bed is super comfy we did not want to move after laying down in it. No real complaints. The only criticism is the hot water went cold quick but I think that was a fluke since we never had that problem after the first shower. And that's honestly the only thing that I can think of that's negative, so overall a truly great stay.”
