Monthly Rentals in Caucasus Mountains

I rented this apartment for my dad, and we were both pleasantly surprised that it looks even better than in the pictures! The bed was comfortable, and the sofa was cozy with a small table, making it a great spot to relax or even invite family and friends over. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, especially with the sea view—a massive plus. The apartment itself was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a stylish interior. The host, Armen, was extremely helpful and thoughtful, even leaving some water in the fridge for our arrival. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay.

This place is a one of a kind; to have the opportunity to stay in a 130 year old cabin in the most beautiful surroundings, with the loveliest hosts, the most delicious home cooked (and reared!) dinner, wine and breakfast, words cannot describe what an absolute treat this was!!! Our third time in Georgia in a year… but this was something so special and unique and we are so thankful our road trip route this time made it possible to stay here. We only had one night but it was the best 23h of our trip! We managed two swims in the invigorating and health giving river and slept like babies in the comfortable bed after chasing fireflies in the garden… still not sure if this was all a dream ?!

Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a pleasant stay. The whole team was very kind and available, and we enjoyed the welcome very much. Special mention to Nini, who was lovely and very caring throughout our stay. The location is ideal, right in the city center, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
