Monthly Rentals in Austin

Our stay at The Bolm was exactly as we had hoped. The unit was cozy, comfortable and clean (especially the bathroom, which made us both very happy). However, we happened to stay during a record breaking storm that passed through the Austin area that unfortunately flooded our unit. When we came back to our unit and discovered what had occurred, the host and the co-host checked on us within about 10 minutes and were extremely helpful and proactive in finding us another place to stay. We could not be more grateful for their prompt response and care in assisting us during such a stressful event. We would definitely stay at another airbnb with these hosts in the future.

Great place, perfect setup for office professional. Huge tv and desk with large monitor. Nice and quiet, very peaceful. Beautiful living room and kitchen, with awesome fish tanks.

I was looking for a nice quiet place and Jason’s stay was exactly that. The space was clean and the overall energy of his house is so peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for a month and it was perfect for my needs. Dao was a great host and took care of the house well. Convenient location in Austin.
