Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Caucasus Mountains

This place was a home away from home - we have been on the road for months and Karo’s house was exactly what we needed. So warm and cosy, overlooking a mountain village with green valleys and snow capped peaks and the house had all the comforts including some beautifully friendly cats! Karo & his wife are kind, helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Karo even met us when we arrived which was lovely to be shown how everything works. Close drive to some beautiful hikes, I wouldn’t look any further than this lovely space for a stay close to Dilijan national park.

Perfectly located, I was sitting hours just enjoying the night city view. lots of kitchen utensils. Very clean and comfortable. Great back yard with everything needed for barbecue. Will definitely come again!

We had a wonderful stay at Konstantin's place! The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail, especially the small garden pond with the fish was a real highlight and created a really relaxed atmosphere. There were four of us there and we could barbecue wonderfully and just relax. Konstantin is an incredibly nice and helpful host. When we accidentally locked the car key in the car at checkout, he was immediately on the spot and helped us open the car again. Without it, we would probably have missed our flight and had to pay high costs for a locksmith. We are very, very grateful to him and would come back anytime. Absolute recommendation! 🙏✨

Mustafa is the most wonderful host. He made us feel at home, cooked for us and tended to all our needs. The place was absolutely stunning and the views breathtaking even though it was rainy and misty. The best thing to do is bring your food supplies with you and cook so you’re self sufficient. That way you don’t need to drive on country roads and can just walk in the area. Follow the river upstream! We had an amazing few days and will be back for longer next time!

5 stars is an insufficient score for this listing. The host family's service is absolutely exceptional, they are extremely kind and careful with the service. The apartment is wonderful. It has everything you need and the views are excellent. It was an exceptional stay because of the service and the accommodation itself.

Location was perfect. It was walkable distance from peace bridge. One of the best airbnb in tblisi.

I really enjoyed my stay here - it was perfect for one person! The apartment is exactly as described, and in a very nice, walkable, and safe neighborhood. The apartment is comfortable and had everything I needed, including kitchen items, closet, blankets, internet, etc. It's quite close to Marjanishvili metro/bus station, so very easy to get around, and the Fresco about ten minutes' walk was great for anything else I needed. Karine is kind and responsive, and I felt I could reach out if I needed anything- she was also accommodating about my arrival and departure, making it easy to collect and leave the key. The neighbors are also friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again, and would be happy to recommend it to travelers! I also enjoyed the courtyard and making friends with the cute cats.

Nino’s house is really great and spacious. All the amenities were there as described. Communication with Nino was easy, the house is well kept and clean. I will definitely recommend staying at the property

A cozy apartment, where of course, the most memorable is a separate access to the roof. Despite the fact that the windows on three sides, the noise of the street practically does not bother. Among the disadvantages is the low pressure of hot water.

In a few short words: we really enjoyed staying at Zarina's place! The view over Tbilisi is gorgeous, so we literally woke up and saw the whole city. The apartment is very spacious for 5 people and we had more than enough room, which made the whole stay super comfortable. I want to notice the kitchen, as it had everything we needed, so cooking meals was easy. At some point the kettle wasn’t working, but the host replaced it within just a few hours — really appreciated how quickly it was handled. Location is also great: very walkable, close to everything we wanted to see, and easy to get around. Usually the street was packed with parked cars, but it's the "pain" of the entire city. The rooftop access was one of our favorite parts. We got an almost 360 view of Tbilisi from up there, so it was amazing spot to just sit, drink wine and take it all in. Firstly I thought that the price a little bit high, but afterwards I believe it was fair. Thanks again for hosting us!

This is my first time coming to Stepantsminda, the view is very nice, staying in this cottage can see the superb Kazbek mountain from the window, and the room is very clean and tidy. I hope to stay here again when I come again in my lifetime to see Mt. Sunshine on a sunny day.

The cottage is really very secluded. The nearest supermarket 20 minutes by car. So buy in beforehand. There is the possibility to eat at the Eco House or even order it there. So you don't have to cook. Otherwise the place is very nice. The hot tub is great and really the highlight of our overnight stays. Once you get in touch with the manager, you'll also get instructions on where to go.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning view and a peaceful atmosphere. The cozy fireplace added a special touch, making our evening warm and memorable.

Wonderful, very beautiful and cozy house. Perfect cleanliness! There is a beautiful comfortable gazebo with lighting on the territory. Even better than in the photos. Great option to relax in the quiet of nature without going far from Tbilisi (you can get there by taxi)

We had a very pleasant two days here. It's just a dream house, so let's go to the Chinese!Because it is well located and single, you can enjoy a lot of tranquility.The most perfect is that you can see Mt. Sunshine and Holy Trinity Church right in the house.Both days were also cooked in the wooden house, there was salt sugar and tea bags, other need to buy it yourself.You need to do your own laundry detergent or wash pearls.TV can fly net and tubing, everything is that friendly.The host big brother and grandfather are also friendly and care about us!I appreciate living this time and hope to get the chance to come back again.
