Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Caucasus Mountains

This place was a home away from home - we have been on the road for months and Karo’s house was exactly what we needed. So warm and cosy, overlooking a mountain village with green valleys and snow capped peaks and the house had all the comforts including some beautifully friendly cats! Karo & his wife are kind, helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Karo even met us when we arrived which was lovely to be shown how everything works. Close drive to some beautiful hikes, I wouldn’t look any further than this lovely space for a stay close to Dilijan national park.

Super facility from a super host (10/10).. Peaceful quiet place with fascinating view that provides a real memorable experience. Faruk is a super friendly host who provides all kind of support and necessary information to ease your stay in such location. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Если в Лос-Анжелесе есть Голливудские холмы, то это то самое место в Батуми. Дом прекрасен! Недалеко от центра Батуми, в тихом районе, на горе, с собственным двором и ласковыми кошками, живущими исключительно на улице) В доме есть все, что нужно, очень чисто и в комнатах и в ваннах, хорошая сантехника, стабильная вода, на кухне есть все до мелочей! Гостиная потрясающая, с пятизвездочным видом из панорамных окон и очень красивым интерьером! Из спален открывается потрясающий вид на море и город. В ясную погоду и на горы! Мы приехали в Батуми в день, когда погода напоминала апокалипсис, но хозяева сделали все возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Спасибо, Кристиан и Магда за теплый прием, у вас прекрасный дом, в который хочется вернуться!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Konstantins Unterkunft! Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, besonders der kleine Gartenteich mit den Fischen war ein echtes Highlight und hat eine richtig entspannte Atmosphäre geschaffen. Wir waren zu viert da und konnten wunderbar grillen und einfach abschalten. Konstantin ist ein unglaublich netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Als wir beim Checkout aus Versehen den Autoschlüssel im Auto eingeschlossen haben, war er sofort zur Stelle und hat uns dabei geholfen, das Auto wieder zu öffnen. Ohne ihn hätten wir wahrscheinlich unseren Flug verpasst und hohe Kosten für einen Schlüsseldienst zahlen müssen. Wir sind ihm sehr, sehr dankbar und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung! 🙏✨

Thanks we had a lovely time at your place, the views after the snowfall were amazing from the bedroom. Heating was adequate for a cozy sleep.

Location was perfect. It was walkable distance from peace bridge. One of the best airbnb in tblisi.

I really enjoyed my stay here - it was perfect for one person! The apartment is exactly as described, and in a very nice, walkable, and safe neighborhood. The apartment is comfortable and had everything I needed, including kitchen items, closet, blankets, internet, etc. It's quite close to Marjanishvili metro/bus station, so very easy to get around, and the Fresco about ten minutes' walk was great for anything else I needed. Karine is kind and responsive, and I felt I could reach out if I needed anything- she was also accommodating about my arrival and departure, making it easy to collect and leave the key. The neighbors are also friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again, and would be happy to recommend it to travelers! I also enjoyed the courtyard and making friends with the cute cats.

Nino’s house is really great and spacious. All the amenities were there as described. Communication with Nino was easy, the house is well kept and clean. I will definitely recommend staying at the property

Staying at Salome's place was an excellent experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The building has a hotel-standard reception service and is conveniently located near everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Salome herself is a kind and attentive host. Whenever I had a question, I messaged her, and she responded immediately. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. It’s the perfect place to stay in Bakuriani. Highly recommended!

Уютная квартира, в которой конечно больше всего запоминается отдельный выход на крышу. При том, что окна на три стороны, шум улицы практически не беспокоит. Из минусов - слабый напор горячей воды.

这是我第一次来Stepantsminda，风景非常优美，入住这个cottage可以从窗子看到超美的Kazbek mountain，并且房间很干净和整洁。 这两天雨雪交加，希望有生之年再来时会再次入住这里，在晴天看到日照金山。

Das Häuschen ist wirklich sehr abgelegen. Der nächste Supermarkt 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Also kauft vorher ein. Es gibt die Möglichkeit beim Eco House Essen zu gehen oder sogar dort zu bestellen. Man muss also nicht kochen. Sonst ist die Unterkunft sehr schön. Der Whirlpool ist toll und echt das Highlight unserer Übernachtungen. Einmal Kontakt mit dem Manager aufnehmen dann bekommt man auch Anweisungen wo man hin muss.

Die Unterkunft von Inga war einfach super. Ruhig gelegen mit einem fantastischen Blick! Alles ist genauso, wie beschrieben. Wir kamen erst gegen 23 Uhr an und Inga hat uns noch freundlich empfangen. Vom Zentrum von Batumi zum Guesthouse kann man unproblematisch ein Taxi/Bolt nehmen. Auch zum Guesthouse finden die Taxifahrer gut. Es empfiehlt sich die letzten 100 Meter zum Guesthouse zu laufen und die Taxifahrt an der Kreuzung mit der Kirche zu beenden. Das gleiche sollte man auch machen, wenn man sich ein Taxi ruft. Inga ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns zum Abschied sogar noch eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. :)

Baita fantastica ed accogliente immersa nella natura e nella pace. Equipaggiata di tutto il necessario per soggiorni anche lunghi e di gruppo. Consiglio vivamente, adatta anche a famiglie con possibilità di attività nei dintorni o anche solo per qualche giorno di relax e detox. L’host ci ha accolto in città e accompagnato nel luogo dandoci consigli utili sulla cena (la baita si trova a qualche minuto di auto dal centro città) e raccontandoci aneddoti storici sui dintorni. La comunicazione ( in inglese) è stata semplicemente e con molta velocità di risposta. Nonostante il pochissimo preavviso per la prenotazione siamo stati accolti in maniera eccellente.

Замечательный, очень красивый и уютный домик.Идеальная чистота! На территории прекрасная удобная беседка с подсветкой.Даже лучше,чем на фото. Отличный вариант,чтобы отдохнуть в тишине на природе при этом не уезжая далеко от Тбилиси(добраться можно на такси)

Ela's has a wonderful family along with the beautiful cabin which she hosts ❤️💐 The cabin was absolutely amazing and offers a unique experience by the river. The moment we arrived we were welcomed and helped to our cabin and showed where everything we needed was and were really treated like family 💐 The food that they offer on site is homemade and delicious - I highly recommend trying it if you get a chance, Ela is an amazing cook 👌🏼 There is a friendly dog and a cat outside on the property that won't disturb you, but my kids adored them and played with them, so they were a nice touch to the place. I can honestly recommend this place to anyone considering it, and hope to come back to visit again. Thanks to Ela and her family for making me and my family feel right at home 🏡
