Shota is a cheerful and enthusiastic host with prompt communication. His friendly mother met me during check in. The location is super convenient and walkable to eateries and a supermarket. The colorful and vintage decor makes it an interesting stay.

A wonderful small studio full of character. Just a short walk over the river to the Old city, so peaceful, and would definitely recommend it. Added bonus of the complimentary shower gel and shampoo as we forgot ours!

We stayed here for 6 days. Very close to everything and a quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to answer all our questions and it was easy to get into the house. I'm also so glad it gave us the opportunity to check in early

Amazing apartment in the heart of Tbilisi. Historical building, located in front of the park, fills you with vibe of the old city. Apartment is really made with love. A bit noisy surroundings, but very close to all attractions and restaurants. it was exactly what I was looking for. Solid Five.

We are very happy to have stayed at Alex's apartment. Everything was clean, the apartment is conveniently located very close to the city center. There are 2 balconies. Each bedroom had air conditioners, which saved us in the heat. Nice and helpful host. He met us at the train station, drove us to the house and helped us bring things to the 6th floor, which saved us from logistical problems. And when I checked out, he allowed me to leave my things until the evening. Thanks to this, we got the opportunity to swim in the sea again and walk around the city, for which he has a special thanks! Overall, we loved Alex's place and would love to come again.

An exceptional stay in the heart of Kutaisi. This apartment isn't just one of the best in the city; it's a hidden gem. The photos, while lovely, don't do justice to the sheer scale and elegance of the rooms. Beyond the tasteful interior and prime location, it was the symphony of thoughtful details that truly impressed me. From the convenience of filtered tap water and an abundance of laundry and dishwasher supplies to the lightning-fast internet and a collection of charging cables for any device, every need was anticipated. The fresh, fluffy towels and hotel-style slippers added a touch of unexpected luxury, while the parking spaces directly beside the entrance made coming and going effortless. I also took the host's offer to rent a car from him, and it was a seamless experience. The vehicle was delivered to our doorstep at a rate that local rental companies couldn't match. For a truly five-star experience in Kutaisi, look no further.

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

This was most likely our bonus for the last days of vacation, and studying the history of Georgia. We arrived as tourists, and left as relatives!!!! We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

We had a great stay at Paloma's place! The location is absolutely perfect – peaceful, with a beautiful view, and still close to the heart of Sighnaghi. The house itself is incredibly stylish and full of character. Even though we were only three people, and the home is quite spacious, it would be ideal for a larger family or group looking for a calm retreat in the area. The kitchen was very clean and well-equipped, and we especially loved the garden – a lovely spot to relax. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sighnaghi!

The apartment is in a nice and safe location. Lika provided all the instructions and it was very easy to get in. She was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the mentioned hour. One thing I noticed was that the towels and the bedding weren't the cleanest or the newest, but that was tolerable.

Very cozy apartment! I was a bit worried the metal bed frame would squeak with every move, but to my surprise—it was super comfortable and quiet. The view of the trees from the windows is lovely, and the bathtub is great (you can even watch TV from it!).

Great apartment in a modern complex, there is an elevator, a good restaurant nearby, a 5-minute walk to a 24-hour supermarket. There is also an exit to the highway and other entertainment for children nearby. The hostess of the apartment is very responsive and friendly, she was very attentive to us. I recommend this place.

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.
