An exceptional accommodation in the most beautiful nature. Very new and well-maintained. You can feel it in every loving detail that it is a labor of love for the sympathetic landlords. The sauna and plunge pool complete the whole perfectly. A place to relax in the tranquility of nature.

Nice little apartment, very clean, with all the necessary equipment for a few days. Everything works well. It is clear that Giorgi has spent time trying to make the apartment as comfortable as possible. It’s the small things that matter and that he took care of: good storage space, plenty of hooks in the bathroom, chairs on the balcony to admire the excellent mountain view. My only recommendation would be to replace the curtains in the living room with black-out ones, for even more comfort during the night

It was a great place for staying, location is perfect, everything is nearby . Apartment is very nice with all the equipments you need to have for staying there. Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

The apartment was quite clean and cozy. The host was very attentive. I recommend it ☺️

Catherine's place is better than most airbnbs in Gudauri – it's more spacious, very well located (close to everything you need yet not right in front of noisy bars, so it's quiet outside). It's very clean and cozy, we felt right at home and enjoyed our stay here.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

We stayed at Nanuka’s apartment for 4 days with our 2 year old kid and it was such a pleasant experience! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was super prompt in answering all our queries and everything was provided in the apartment that one may need! The approach to the building is also very clear and well located - right opposite the super market. Would definitely recommend this and would stay here every time we visit Bakuriani!

Such a great place for people who loves winter activities! The sauna in the toilet was so unique and everything you need after long day in at ski. Definitely recommend!

Great location, clean place and really well decorated, felt like staying in someone’s cosy home. Awesome balcony views as per pictures. One thing that didn’t work for us is that bedroom had queen bed with two single mattress that were both very soft and sinking, and so felt a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

Gevorg was a great host for us as a family, and we’re truly grateful for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. He offered us a free breakfast (local style) and extended our checkout time a bit although he had a following guest. Gevorg looked for all the details at his outstanding home. From the beautifully designed house to its great location along the river and within a greenery area, every aspect of our stay was greatly managed. We’ll certainly keep this place in mind for future visits and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place!

recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Farukh's home in Gabala with family for two days, and I cannot express how wonderful the experience was. The location of the house is truly fantastic, offering a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. Mr. Farukh and his wife are exceptional hosts, embodying the true spirit of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel not just like guests but like cherished friends. One of the standout features of our stay was the hosts' unparalleled helpfulness. They went above and beyond to assist us in every aspect, ensuring that we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations, transportation, or offering insights into the culture. Our two-day stay felt too short, and we left with the feeling that we could have easily extended our time at their home.
