Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Caucasus Mountains

This place was a home away from home - we have been on the road for months and Karo’s house was exactly what we needed. So warm and cosy, overlooking a mountain village with green valleys and snow capped peaks and the house had all the comforts including some beautifully friendly cats! Karo & his wife are kind, helpful and responsive with anything we needed. Karo even met us when we arrived which was lovely to be shown how everything works. Close drive to some beautiful hikes, I wouldn’t look any further than this lovely space for a stay close to Dilijan national park.

Salome is great host. We loved staying at their home. Her father in law was helpful and kind in instructing where to find things. It was a family trip for us and we were 5, but I believe their place can host more than that and I will think about if if we travel to Georgia again with my group of friends as well.

A real gem! As a tourism professional, I'm used to visiting all kinds of homes—but this one is truly exceptional. The views are simply magical: mountains, forest, moving sky… and the soft sound of the river in the background. Whether from the living room, the bedroom or even the jacuzzi, you are immersed in nature. Forget the TV, here it's the live show that captivates you. The accommodation is clean, well furnished, tastefully decorated, and the staff are extremely helpful. One night, a storm caused a power outage — we contacted Hassan, and he fixed the problem in a minute. Again thank you for this responsiveness! Don't be swayed by any bad reviews: if there's a problem here, it's probably from the person writing it, not the accommodation. If I could give more than 5/5, I would do it without hesitation.

We had a wonderful time at this villa! Everything in the villa is thought out to the smallest detail - there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the possibility of cooking a barbecue. Very clean, cozy and quiet, and the view is just amazing! Special thanks to Lusia - she was always in touch and helped with any questions. It is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature. Would love to come back here again💕

The location of the house is in a peaceful and quiet place (a nice change from the noisy center), but 10 minutes by car to the center. The hosts took us shopping at the store. Beautiful garden, very nice, talkative hosts and super friendly dog ​​Farukh (if you like dogs, you will be happy) made the stay in our memory for a long time. We highly recommend this place and hosts! :).

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Pleasant 15 minute walk through some residential streets to get downtown to restaurants and other activities.

Very well maintained cottage in a beautiful well maintained green environment. Everything for the home is available and during the high season there’s a grocery nearby. Hosts are communicative and helpful. The only caveat is the spatial layout is compact and not especially ergonomic, but hopefully you’ll be outside most of the time where there’s a generous amount of seating and shaded areas for eating or relaxing including a hammock. The pool is fresh. The place is made with love.

Irma's place was very beautiful, clean and private. She was very responsive. Easy to check in. Extremely clean house, the bedding was clean and comfortable. And I love that the house came with the pool. We all definitely enjoy pool. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone would like to visit Batumi.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

We spent 3 days at this house with friends, and honestly, it was amazing. 🥰 The place is beautiful: crazy views, fresh mountain air, and you can hear the river all the time. It was super clean and had everything we needed: fireplace, cards, backgammon, plus homemade cottage cheese, eggs, and sour cream (and that cottage cheese was seriously good). Even a blender for protein shakes 😅 One thing I really loved was the hot tub in the backyard. Sitting in warm water, watching the sunset with those views… honestly unforgettable. Beso was awesome. He helped us organize the trip, found the right people for stuff, handled all the arrangements, gave us tips on places and hiking trails, and was always there when we needed him. He even made sure the hot tub was heated every day!! We were really lucky to have him help us as it made exploring Racha way more comfortable. Big thanks to Beso! This place is definitely one I wanna come back. 10/10

My wife and I decided to make this beautiful and natural cabin our home while we spent our time in Georgia. Gela was by far the most respectful, helpful, and caring hosts I have had. If I have any family or friends who want to visit Georgia in the future, this will be the first place I will recommend! Can’t say enough how perfect the location is if you are looking for some peace and quiet with nature all around.

Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a very nice time in the accommodation. It is located at the end of a street, which makes it very quiet. With the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, it is perfect to unwind. The hot tub on the terrace, as well as the bedroom with the glass ceiling above the bed and the breathtaking view were our highlights. Communication with the host also went smoothly. The only drawback was the cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. But when we asked the host about it, he immediately offered to send someone over. Overall, however, we had a very nice stay and would recommend the accommodation!

A beautiful place with mindblowing view out the balcony. Lot of space to park outside and the host is very quick with any help needed. Kitchen is full with lot of ingredients, we cooked pasta there with those ingredients. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Gudauri or Kazbegi.

Great place , exactly as the pictures

The place is absolutely stunning – with a magical view of the mountains and river. The house itself is super cozy and fully equipped for a large group. Tamaz is a lovely and kind host, and talking to him was a real pleasure. It’s the perfect getaway for reconnecting with nature – the host provides everything you need, from a BBQ area to firewood for the fireplace, and more. A quick heads-up about the road: it’s quite steep and winding, so a 4WD vehicle is highly recommended. I can’t speak for other seasons, but in April the road was totally manageable. Definitely a 10/10 – if I’m lucky enough to visit Georgia again, I’ll absolutely be staying here!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this Airbnb! The view was absolutely gorgeous—perfect for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings. The place was clean, tidy, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a beautiful setting!
