The accommodation is located in a space-saving and thoughtfully converted garage right in front of the host's house, located in a quiet residential area. Check-in was completely straightforward, and communication with Joakim and Sabina was quick and very friendly. Everything was sparkling clean, and nothing was missing – even coffee, tea and oat milk were available, which I found particularly nice! A clever solution: the sink in the bathroom also serves as a sink for the small kitchenette – very functional. Two bus stops are about 10 minutes' walk away, and it takes about 30 minutes to get to Södermalm. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe – perfect for a shorter stay. Thank you, Joakim & Sabina!

It couldn't have been more perfect... a dream house, beautifully furnished, a wonderful comfortable bed, a large garden, a private beach with a lake, best transport connections in all directions, especially the commuter boat, which is in Stockholm in 70 minutes, but also the 30-minute express bus to/from Stockholm, all shopping in Gustavsberg, the wonderful surroundings and walks in wonderful nature in the immediate vicinity of the house, the Artipelag Museum in a great location and beautiful opportunities to walk.... Such a beautiful spot, absolutely something for the soul. We enjoyed sitting on the feel-good couch on the second floor with a cup of coffee in the morning and watching deer, rabbits and squirrels in the tree. The crowning glory was the visit to the island of Sandhamn, the ride through the archipelago, the secluded sandy beaches and beautiful cottages made the visit now in autumn a unique Swedish idyll. Nice place to stay. From here you can make good excursions by car. The four of you with two kids are just okay with the size. But with 3-year-olds or younger is more likely to be discouraged because the terrace is not secured and the rocks go downhill. The views are lovely. Unfortunately, the shipyard and the square next door are not quite as nice. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. View of the water is very nice.
