Great location right across from Wire Park. Can also walk to town with sidewalks the whole way. Great house for dogs with large fenced in backyard and Cynthia is very responsive and helpful

Had a great stay! We came for a Georgia football game and it was close to the stadium and spacious for everyone. The hosts are accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

House was clean and great location. Check in and out was easy. House is walkable to UGA campus and restaurants. Host was very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in Athens for the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships. Go Vols! This home was recommended by a friend, who stayed last year during a swim meet. It exceeded all of our expectations. Gorgeous inside, extremely comfortable bedding, very private, top notch kitchen - a well needed break from full days at an exciting swim meet. We spent 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. About 15-18 minutes to the pool. Kelly communicated often and allowed us to check in early. By far, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We will definitely book again when in Athens.

Ben's house is great and had everything we needed for our one night stay in Monroe. We would have gladly stayed another day if our schedule had allowed it. He was also flexible in letting us check in a little early to try and put our friends infant down for a nap.

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay here at Atticus’s property. From the clear directions, to the detailed instructions on how to unlock the door, to the meticulously clean interior, the VERY comfortable bed and even the unexpected snacks and beverages left for us on the kitchen counter and table. The home was stocked with PLENTY of bath towels, extra blankets, and bathroom and shower supplies. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need, and all cabinets and drawers were detail labeled to make finding something you need super easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with a “safe feel” and we were less than 5 minutes from the 10 Loop, and 10 minutes from campus, while Epps Bridge restaurants and retail shops were less than 10 minutes away. Be sure to not let the idea of a “basement apartment” be a concern… it was an exceptional stay and nothing about it felt like a “basement”. 110% chance we will stay here again when we come to visit Athens! Go Dawgs!

My daughter, granddaughter, and myself enjoyed this spacious house in a lovely neighborhood. We were very comfortable, and the fenced yard was perfect for an active toddler. Thank you for a great stay! We will look up this home next time we are in the area.

This house was very spacious and close to downtown Athens. Host was extremely friendly and accommodating with our early check in request. This is our second time visiting this property and probably not our last.

Jessica was a lovely host and provided a beautiful place! She has truly raised my standards for an AirBnB. She was incredibly kind, provided wonderful amenities and such a cozy, homey environment, and was always quick to respond and provide helpful information! Can’t recommend this spot enough, was great for my partner and I when traveling far from home for a wedding.

Oh my gosh, such a cute place, Lynn was so helpful in giving us suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Their place was just what we wanted, super cozy and all they provided all the little country touches, she even provided creamers and snacks. The property was lovely, wished we had had more time to explore... this was the perfect stay and location for us, we came for the football game and is was a short drive there. Thank you Lynn for making this such a great experience for us... Go DAWGS!!

This was such a fun place to stay. Having a resort pool and hot tub all to ourselves was a special treat. We also enjoyed the billiards room after our swim. The pool house was spotless. The Tuckers have supplied the house with every possible need- from complimentary coffee and tea to a stack of beach towels by the pool. The beds were super comfortable, with quality pillows and linens. I never sleep well away from home and this place was so relaxing. I’m sure the nightly swim helped. Thank you Tuckers for being such great hosts.

I love staying here. I come into town about once a month, and I try to find this place whenever I’m planning a visit. Perfect for a short stay.

This is our second stay here in the last year and We LOVE staying at Christian & Chelsea’s place. It’s our favorite AirBnB in the area! Everything is great and the location is perfect. The mall is down an exit. Walmart is about 6 mins away and so are a few restaurants. Chelsea is a great host and everything we needed was all there for us. Highly recommend!

my two girl friends and i had a wonderful time this weekend in athens. we rented this place out to stay after a megan moroney concert (which was 10 minutes away from the stadium, akins ford arena, super convenient) and it was the best decision we could’ve made. complex is new, feels very private, absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and offered many different things (gym, pool table, pool, etc.). because it sits in the same area a publix, taco bell, mindless, and more, we were able to get all of our grocers, some food before and after the concert, and some breakfast the following morning before leaving (it is also WALKING distance which was GREAT!). the host was extremely attentive and responded almost immediately. we will for sure be staying here again whenever we have a reason to travel back up to athens. 10/10 recommendation! place was also super clean and spacious.

Williams apartment was perfect for us!! Amazing location and Neighborhood, Safe and Clean!! We felt right at home and enjoyed spending spring break with out daughter in a beautiful apartment!! Also, the beds were VERY COMFORTABLE!!! The best sleep I have had in years!! Thank you William, see you again soon!!
