Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Clarke County

This was our second stay for three of us. We were delighted to be able to return. We had a new fourth person who was delighted with what she experienced. It was great to be familiar with the house and location since two of us arrived about 10:30 P.M. in a thunderstorm. The front porch was great to have so close for unpacking the car in the rain.

Great location right across from Wire Park. Can also walk to town with sidewalks the whole way. Great house for dogs with large fenced in backyard and Cynthia is very responsive and helpful

Brian was a great host. Then house was perfect, just steps from my children. We were quite comfortable for the week and a half we stayed. Will definitely stay again!

Richard had a lovely place. He was a wonderful host who was very responsive and helpful with whatever I needed. I would recommend this property for your next trip to Athens.

The house was perfect for our needs, immaculate, and 100% as described! Lucy is phenomenal and super responsive, very welcoming to our family and super helpful! I cannot speak highly enough of Lucy and her home.

Marie’s place was very clean, very updated and comfortable with all the amenities as described. She even had cute little extras, like shampoo, soap, dishwashing detergent, and cleaning products, not to mention Keurig and coffee and tea.

We were traveling and needed a place to stay for the night. This place exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this place.

What a charming home! Our family came for our daughter’s wedding & we stayed almost a week! We needed a spacious place to gather and this home is wonderful! It met all our expectations! The comfortable beds, the efficient kitchen, the lovely screened porch, many areas to relax & enjoy. You need to book Brian’s place, you will be happy you did!

Jessica was a lovely host and provided a beautiful place! She has truly raised my standards for an AirBnB. She was incredibly kind, provided wonderful amenities and such a cozy, homey environment, and was always quick to respond and provide helpful information! Can’t recommend this spot enough, was great for my partner and I when traveling far from home for a wedding.

Beautifully decorated, recently renovated condo unit which was Perfect for parents weekend at UGA. Close to 5 Points with many dining options and also the GA Botanical Gardens. Great location for downtown activities as well. Super clean and well furnished.

Oh my gosh, such a cute place, Lynn was so helpful in giving us suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Their place was just what we wanted, super cozy and all they provided all the little country touches, she even provided creamers and snacks. The property was lovely, wished we had had more time to explore... this was the perfect stay and location for us, we came for the football game and is was a short drive there. Thank you Lynn for making this such a great experience for us... Go DAWGS!!

This was such a fun place to stay. Having a resort pool and hot tub all to ourselves was a special treat. We also enjoyed the billiards room after our swim. The pool house was spotless. The Tuckers have supplied the house with every possible need- from complimentary coffee and tea to a stack of beach towels by the pool. The beds were super comfortable, with quality pillows and linens. I never sleep well away from home and this place was so relaxing. I’m sure the nightly swim helped. Thank you Tuckers for being such great hosts.

my two girl friends and i had a wonderful time this weekend in athens. we rented this place out to stay after a megan moroney concert (which was 10 minutes away from the stadium, akins ford arena, super convenient) and it was the best decision we could’ve made. complex is new, feels very private, absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and offered many different things (gym, pool table, pool, etc.). because it sits in the same area a publix, taco bell, mindless, and more, we were able to get all of our grocers, some food before and after the concert, and some breakfast the following morning before leaving (it is also WALKING distance which was GREAT!). the host was extremely attentive and responded almost immediately. we will for sure be staying here again whenever we have a reason to travel back up to athens. 10/10 recommendation! place was also super clean and spacious.

Spent the weekend in Athens for Twilight Criterium. The location was great. Close to 5 Points and downtown Athens, but away from the noise of UGA. Cute clean house. Easy and clear instructions. We didn't need to contact host as he was on top of providing us instruction for easy entry and we had all we needed. Would definitely recommend and book again.
