The good: The space was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, coffee, and a sweet treat for when we entered. The bed was super comfortable, and overall, it felt like a home away from home. The not-so-good: Unfortunately, there were a couple of major issues that made the stay less than ideal. First, The Beds! They were super comfortable but you couldn’t get out of them. They had memory foam and you literally sunk into the bed which was really uncomfortable waking up or getting out of the bed. Secondly, The water inside the bathroom (pressure) and (temperature) there was something that just wasn’t right. The board games were missing things( the core things). Lastly, parking (abit) of a squeeze and tight for 2 average Vehicles to be parked on location. I hope you find this review helpful!

Stayed here for five weeks while moving into a new house. Allison was a great host and always available if I needed anything. If you’ve never been to Athens this location is unbeatable. Beautiful neighborhood and a short walk to Five Points.

Nice place, good location, clean. Getting down the hill from the driveway to the unit can be a little cumbersome with the slope.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The grounds and surrounding area are so pretty and peaceful. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, and quick to respond both before and during our stay. Loved the hot tub too!

Lovely surroundings! Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of trees and greenery. We had a great stay. Anytime we reached out, the hosts responded quickly. The price was very reasonable, and the accommodations were great for our weekend visiting family. Cell service isn't great because it's very rural, but that's most of Danielsville.

Wally is a gem! Not only is he the most courteous and helpful host, he has a wealth of history in his place. I enjoyed his book collection and seeing his photos from his time in the Navy. I feel like I know him personally now. Thank you for a great stay and than you for your service, Wally!

As when we stayed the first time, Nurys' place is well located, very clean, convenient and comfortable! We had a relaxing and pleasant stay. Nurys communicated with us to see if we needed anything additional. We recommend her place!

Christy and Jason’s suite was absolutely perfect for us. Very fresh, clean, bright, lots of space and close to everywhere we needed to be! They were wonderful and responsive hosts.

This was by far the cleanest place we have stayed. We travel with a pet and there was a crate, bedding and treats waiting for our furry friend. We also have severe asthma which required special cleaning needs. Our needs were met and then some. I am not sure if they were brought in for us or they are always there, but there were even air purifiers through the apartment. Everything you could need was easy to find. The beds and bedding were so cozy, and the yard and environment was so calming and peaceful. Thank you for such an awesome stay!

Yes, the price was $200 lower than the hotel we had planned to stay. Great open space, nicely decorated, warm and inviting. Two very large bedrooms and a very responsive owner. Loved the snacks provided as well. The community was beautiful and easy to navigate.

Friendly hosts, responded in a timely manner from start of the booking till we checked in. Thankful for their flexibility when numbers of guests increased. Beautiful and interesting artwork to behold in the property. Neighbourhood was very peaceful and overall, we had an awesome time.

We used Noelle’s home for our elopement ceremony, and it was absolutely perfect. The scenery is stunning—peaceful, serene, and straight out of a dream. But the inside of the home? Even better. It’s warm, cozy, and decorated with the most charming vintage touches. It feels like a hug in house form. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was spotless, and Noelle thought of every detail—from toiletries to clean towels and linens. It had everything we needed and more. She even left us a sweet handwritten card and a welcome sign that made us feel right at home. Noelle herself is just incredible. She was so responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond for us. She even offered to set up a stargazing night for us (we sadly ran out of time), but her kindness and hospitality truly made this stay unforgettable. The place was very clean and has a lot to offer. The porch area was especially nice and we enjoyed our coffee sitting out the each morning. A little too busy on the interior decoration but that made it very unique. Freezer was full of food when we arrived and I’m glad we didn’t need any space in it. It was graduation weekend so prices were all bit high everywhere in the area. The location was close enough to downtown that uber rides were under $20. Overall, I would recommend the cottage to anyone who wants a quieter place to stay at.

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay in Carleen’s AirB&B on Burnt Hickory Drive. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and make ourselves at home. There is a full kitchen with washer/dryer, large bathroom and closet, living room with TV and parking in the rear of the house, which backs up to woods, so it is really quiet. I think that was our favorite thing, the peace and serenity that comes from being in a quiet neighborhood and near the woods. The kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc., we only needed to buy our food for the week. This place really met our needs and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking to spend time in north Georgia and have some peace and quiet. Great job, Carleen.

Great location especially for moving in and out of the University - close to Kroger and TJ Max and others we needed to go to. Also got a break for myself and strolled around the lovely neighborhood. The suite seems bigger than the pictures.
