This home was completely renovated and updated in 2023 with careful consideration of its original history that dates back to the 1940s. 2 bedrooms totaling 1 King and 2 Queen beds, plus an amazing kitchen, front porch, and onsite parking. Sidewalk the entire walk to downtown which is only a half mile away.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).
