We had a great stay! The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and everything was clean. "The view is incredible!!!!! The only point was the flushing of the bathroom from the suite, which was not working well, but as there is a social bathroom, it didn't bring us any discomfort. Communication with Heitor was easy and quick — I had to change the date urgently and he was very helpful. Adriano, who received us, was also super friendly. Without a doubt, if I return to Arraial, I want to stay there again!

My stay at this loft in Búzios was simply amazing! The decor is charming and tasteful, creating a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere at the same time. The loft is fully equipped, from the full kitchen with all the utensils and quality appliances to the details that make the difference in the comfort of the stay. The location is excellent: it is just minutes from Praia dos Ossos and very close to the famous Rua das Pedras, with easy access to great restaurants, bars and shops. One of the highlights of the experience was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the loft, a true spectacle of nature at any time of day. Wake up and enjoy this view and the sunset, a unique and unforgettable experience. Without exaggeration, this was one of the best trips I've ever taken. Super clean and organized environment, we ended up feeling at home since the apartment is really complete for everything we need! Dayanne was attentive and polite to us from the beginning to the end of the stay. Always helpful and gave us tips about the lake region. Great!

Nice studio in Arraial do Cabo. Accesible by car, incredible views and surrounded by nature. The studio has everything you need for a nice stay!

The accommodation was amazing, just like the photos, there were 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms inside the apartment, a super spacious living room, a large terrace with its own pool, a covered grill room, a covered laundry room, a very spacious kitchen, and an incredible view of the port where all the excursions leave from Praia Dos Anjos, everything was impeccable...

Carla is very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment is great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

Although it is somewhat isolated from the city (I rented it) the loft is worth every penny. Extremely quiet place, you wake up and sleep with the sound of the sea! The hydromassage is another strong point, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place, this is the place! To check-in and checkout was also very easy to do. I will definitely return again!!!!

I'm delighted! Paula was super helpful, a lovely person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the very first moment. The cottage is simply amazing, cozy, with wonderful views and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I booked a wedding surprise on the side, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever had! The environment was carefully prepared, with beautiful decor and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. We will definitely be back more often. Gratitude for everything!

The most beautiful thing is the views from the accommodation

The flat is exactly like in the pictures. Facing the Praia dos Anjos and close to the piers where you can take boat trips along the beaches of Arraial do Cabo. Carolliny was very assertive with the guidelines and information, always promptly answering our questions. The accommodation is a great value for the money.

The place is sensational, everything clean and the view is one of the most beautiful that we have seen mainly in the sunset. Everything was very smelly and impeccable, sensational restaurants very close by, bakeries very easily accessible to everything!
