I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

My stay was very pleasant, the structure of the place was well organized, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is a plus, with easy access to tourist attractions and restaurants in the area. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

The place is magical! Direct contact with nature and peace! It is a few minutes from the city, in a charming place, much better than in the photos. There were a few mosquitoes, but nothing an insecticide couldn't solve. The hosts are wonderful and super attentive. We really liked it and we intend to return to this paradise! The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

The apartment is impeccable, everything is wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. It has a market and restaurant next door and is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. tranquil and delicious stay! house is located a few meters from Caravelas beach that lies within one of the largest Brazil pau reserves in Rio. under-explored beach,clean and with structure( restaurant) and some stalls . Little bustling and calm region! Clean and very spacious home!

Being on the ground floor makes it easy to enter with suitcases and bags. I recommend it without a doubt, and on a next trip to the cities of Cabo Frio or Arraial do Cabo I will definitely stay again in Deilson's apartment. We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes check-in and check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). In the living room there is a TV, and right on the balcony there is a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. In general, the access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh, the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!

James's apartment is a large, comfortable apartment and very well located with views of a very beautiful large beach. You can see some amazing sunsets! It has a garage, pool, playroom and security. The complex is very complete. James was very friendly, responded to all messages quickly and allowed us to check out late. Everything is great! I recommend it. Regards

The apartment is extremely nice and well maintained. It has all the amenities you would need to never leave. The location is very close to beaches, boats, restaurants, and bars. Perfect for a fun get away!

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.

The stay was very good and Val is very attentive to the needs of the tenants, a very good experience. Some details in the kitchen Like the freezer with a lot of ice and the pots and pans needed to be washed a little better, as they were a little greasy. Overall a very good experience.

Great location, with excellent sea views and easy access to restaurants, pharmacies, the market and the dock to visit other beaches. The apartment was clean, organized, with everything you need for a quiet stay. The condominium facilities were good. We were greeted by a very friendly employee, who answered all our questions. Only the check-in was not as we expected, since we went by taxi to the condominium and it was not allowed to enter to leave us closer to the building, so we had to drag the suitcases to the apartment from the entrance of the condominium. Other than that, it was a good stay, I recommend it.
