New and clean apartment, exactly matches the photos of the listing. New clean and quality bedding, bath, cookware and barbecue utensils. The balcony of the apartment has a beautiful sea view and is extremely pleasant. Mab responds quickly and Veronica, who received us is friendly and proactive. Super recommend the apartment!!!

The place is wonderful, identical to the photos in the listing, everything is very neat and clean, the only issue we had was when we arrived that the air controls had no battery and just above the apartment they were doing construction work. You have to consider that the place is far from downtown Buzios, so if you don't go by car, Uber trips (which do arrive at the Airbnb) are more than 25 minutes. But everything else was wonderful, the place had a small market with basic things in case you were missing something. I'd be happy to come back

The apartment is wonderful! Beautiful, well equipped and has almost everything. The location faces Praia dos Anjos, which makes it much easier to get to other islands.

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and his brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super-equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-maintained condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes by car from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was very good! Glaucio, Natalia's husband, helped us a lot in a moment of near despair! The house is as described, has 3 floors and is very close to one of the best beaches in Arraial in my opinion. It had all the basic items and even a filter with chilled water. We didn't stay anymore because it wasn't available. I'll be back for sure.

The environment was exactly as shown in the description. Everything clean, top-notch organization, Dona Lucimar attentive, a lovely person, great house, we liked it very much, me and my family. Note: I just didn't like the check-in and checkout rules. Because in my opinion, the schedule should be counted every 24 hours. Giving us more time to arrive calmly and leave calmly. Example: arrived at 7:30 p.m./on Friday Departure at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday It's just an opinion, I don't know if anything can be done to change it. Other than that, it was PERFECT.

The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to better enjoy the pool area, which is also a delight.

Excellent accommodation, well clean, the host treated us well. It had everything we needed. The only thing we missed was the air conditioner.

Our vacation was excellent, the house is wonderful. We went in a group of family and friends (7 adults and 4 children), and we were delighted with the house. It is in a condominium near Dunas de Peró beach, super, quiet and peaceful, the children played in the street quietly. The house is fully equipped with kitchen items, bed linens, bath, airy, clean, organized, spacious and very tasteful. It has TV, Netflix, swimming pool in front of the barbecue area. The rooms have air-conditioning and great showers. One en-suite is on the ground floor and the other is on the second floor. And it has two bedrooms that share a bathroom. The garage fits 4 cars, but you can park on the street without problems. Silvio and Priscila are super helpful, respond quickly and made several recommendations and answered all our questions. We were referred to a wonderful person to cook and keep the house clean (Thalita), she cooks very well, in addition to being friendly and discreet. It was a sensational Easter, I highly recommend it and hope to return.

I had an excellent experience at Marcos' residence! The house is very comfortable, clean and well organized, with all the necessary items for a peaceful stay. Marcos responded quickly to the messages and made himself available. The location is a bit far from the beach, about 10 to 15 minutes by car from the beach. I suggested the option of placing a larger capacity coffee bottle and Marcos would arrange it. I definitely recommend the accommodation and would stay again!"

We had a wonderful experience! We travel with our baby and feel safe in the condo. The place is also very good for those who will go with the elderly. It's all exactly like in the pictures — very clean, organized and cozy. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.

The stay was very good and Val is very attentive to the needs of the tenants, a very good experience. Some details in the kitchen Like the freezer with a lot of ice and the pots and pans needed to be washed a little better, as they were a little greasy. Overall a very good experience.

Great location, with excellent sea views and easy access to restaurants, pharmacies, the market and the dock to visit other beaches. The apartment was clean, organized, with everything you need for a quiet stay. The condominium facilities were good. We were greeted by a very friendly employee, who answered all our questions. Only the check-in was not as we expected, since we went by taxi to the condominium and it was not allowed to enter to leave us closer to the building, so we had to drag the suitcases to the apartment from the entrance of the condominium. Other than that, it was a good stay, I recommend it.
