We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including benches to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls by car, about 10 min. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

Getting to know Arraial was a big dream that my family and I had, and staying at Nayana's apartment, with all her attention, cordiality, and sympathy, made all the difference, not to mention the structure of the apartment and the condominium, which made us feel at home, having wonderful days.

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the edge of Forte beach, you reach the exciting neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs anything, a 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. I loved the accommodations in Alice's apartment! The site is wonderful, with 24-hour security, an amazing pool and a self-service restaurant with a very varied menu. The condominium also has a mini market, ideal for last-minute shopping, and its location makes it easy to order Uber and order delivery through iFood, without any problem with deliveries. My children loved the atmosphere, especially the lagoon. Also, the beach of Monte Alto is simply wonderful! The place is perfect for those looking for tranquility and security. Definitely an excellent experience!

Me and my family love lodging. The apartment is perfect, everything is clean, smells nice and has everything you need. We felt at home!

Excellent stay. There were 8 of us, the apartment is spacious and with two floors, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a terrace, there is always room for everyone. Very clean and tidy. Excellent quality of utensils and appliances. Good furniture and beds. Good location, it has a fair across the street. You can walk everywhere. The host always responded quickly and took care of everything.

Sensational is the word that describes the experience we had at the house. Perfect, clean and well-organized accommodation. The host was very attentive to our needs. The stay was incredible! The space is cozy, well located and exactly as in the photos. The host was super attentive, responded quickly to all messages and was always available to answer questions. The incredible house, super comfortable with facilities to really enjoy, the beautiful environments, the two kitchens (quincho and main) with all the utensils and more made cooking simple, even a dishwasher, we loved everything and not to mention Dany's attention, who with his service let us enjoy the holidays without even thinking about cleaning the house, room service and breakfast ready to wake up, it was worth paying extra money to enjoy that too. In short, we spent a few 5-star days, thank you friends, it makes you want to come back always!!

We were in the house during the workday holiday and it was just amazing. New, modern house with automation (highlighting the 98” in and PS5 TV), heated pool and a sensational view. We were very welcome, and after a small setback, the hosts sent our son a beautiful treat — a gesture that showed care and attention with every detail. Highlight also for the chef's service, which made the experience even more special. Without a doubt, we will return and recommend too much!

The stay was very good, nice house, very spacious. Close to the center, we were able to walk, several shops near the house. It just left a little to be desired in relation to cleanliness, especially the outhouse, in which I slept and used the bathroom. But otherwise, it's okay!

They also offered fantastic recommendations for activities and hidden gems in the area. Our stay exceeded all expectations and made us eager to return to this beautiful destination.

The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

My family and I had an amazing weekend in Mr. Joaquim's apartment, he always responded to us whenever we needed, answered all our questions with kindness and accuracy. The information about the space is reliable, everything is very clean, perfect bed and bath linens. The pools and the lake are simply wonderful. In the kitchen we found everything we needed, excellent air conditioning, comfortable rooms, bathrooms and living room all clean and organized. Close to Cabo Frio and the paradisiacal beaches of Arraial do Cabo, we had the opportunity to visit there as well. The condominium is organized and safe. We definitely recommend it, we already miss it. As soon as we can, we'll be back.

the space was perfectly neat and according to the photos, the condominium is very familiar and great for bringing children. I recommend who is, take food or eat in the city because the restaurant does not have so many options and the price is a little salty. It was very nice to stay in Raphael and Célia's apartment! Cozy apartment, quality items, bed and bath linens, kitchen and etc... The apartment is in the block in front of the pool, facilitating access to the leisure area and the entrance and exit of the condominium and speaking of condominium, which is wonderful structure, very nice swimming pool, a private beach, lush view and everything... we'll be back for sure!!!

We spent 10 amazing days. The new apartment is comfortable. The jewel of the house was the shower with its pressure, like the Iguazu Falls. Agustinas responded quickly to the thousand questions we asked her. all great!
