I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

My stay was very pleasant, the structure of the place was well organized, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is a plus, with easy access to tourist attractions and restaurants in the area. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place.

The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

Excellent experience. The trip was great because of the beautiful beaches of Arraial, but also because of the great stay I had. Whenever I visit Arraial, I will give preference to this accommodation. In addition, Marli was always helpful and attentive.

I went to spend the holiday with my wife, and it felt like living in the apartment. Totally cozy, great quality appliances, spacious room, air-conditioning that allowed us to keep the apartment cool with the heat that was going on in the city, and fully equipped for our needs. Not to mention the rest of the totally family-friendly condominium, good service, a space that is beyond words, a swimming pool with a lagoon, a bar and restaurant, and everything is nearby. We went on a holiday when the city was totally crowded and there was a lot of traffic, but with the warmth we had in the condominium we didn't even miss the beach. Selma is totally attentive and helpful, for sure when we return to the city we already know where we will stay.

A very good apartment! A beautiful balcony. A couple of blocks from the beach, you walk, it has chairs and an umbrella. If you go by car, it has parking. The guys at the front desk are super friendly!! They let us check in early! They respond right away, which is very good !!!!!! Thank you! Excellent stay!!!

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.

I recommend who is, take food or eat in the city because the restaurant does not have so many options and the price is a little salty. Great location, with excellent sea views and easy access to restaurants, pharmacies, the market and the dock to visit other beaches. The apartment was clean, organized, with everything you need for a quiet stay. The condominium facilities were good. We were greeted by a very friendly employee, who answered all our questions. Only the check-in was not as we expected, since we went by taxi to the condominium and it was not allowed to enter to leave us closer to the building, so we had to drag the suitcases to the apartment from the entrance of the condominium. Other than that, it was a good stay, I recommend it.

I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days.
