Family-friendly vacation rentals in Anna Maria

This was our third time at Shorewalk, but our first time at Hannah & Helens’. The condo was in a great position and had easy access from the road. We also had family and friends staying at Shorewalk in several condos and they called ours the penthouse suite as they were so impressed with it. There was even beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards , wheeled coolers and beach towels. We had a small problem with a faulty faucet in one of the bathrooms, and it was quickly resolved and a replacement one fitted by a very pleasant handyman. The owner even personally called the condo to let us know the plan of action. We would definitely recommend the condo.

Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Cozy little place, well decorated and clean. Bed was comfy. The pull out bed was good enough for my 6 yr old, but would recommend bringing a pillow for it if you’re going to use it. There isn’t one in the room for it unless you use the main bedroom pillows. We beached most of the time and didn’t watch TV, but if we wanted to the couch wasn’t comfy for lounging around. We loved the balcony though! The only “complaint” would be all the coffee supplied was decaf and it was a shock the first morning after getting in super late. So, bring your own coffee just in case. Host was super helpful when there was any other issues. Very kind and accommodating! Plus they supplied plenty of TP and PT, beach towels and towels. Can’t wait to come back!

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

Great location! Easy walk to the beach. Property has desired amenities. Inside had everything we needed.

The condo was just what we were looking for. The kitchen was equipped with the basics and the view was wonderful. Tamara was friendly, responsive, and a great host. Would stay at her place again!

Perfect oasis for a tropical getaway! Everything was just as described. Really enjoyed the use of bikes and Honeymoon Island is absolute paradise! Lori ands Gary were very attentive and quickly handled anything we needed!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Daniel’s condo in Bradenton. It was very clean, updated, quiet,and spacious with great amenities in the complex. We highly recommend this rental to couples or families. Daniel also provided perfect communication and local recommendations. Very convenient area with great access to grocery and 15 minutes to beaches at Anna Maria Island.

Maggie’s place is perfect!! So convenient to everything you need!! Everything in house that you would need and also everything you need to go to the beach!!! Maggie is very fast to responding to any questions you have!! 5 star for sure!!

The house was exactly as described and was private and clean ! We loved the pool and how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is . Very much enjoyed our stay as first time guests .

Mathew's place was exactly what I needed. Calm, quiet and very peaceful. I didn't hear the neighbors the whole time I was there. The beach was literally right out the window. So getting down there was very easy. Having a beach chair, cooler and bag in the condo was very convenient. The condo was very clean and homey. I liked being able to cook for myself and never having to leave the complex. I will definitely stay here again!!

We loved Ben and Ann’s place. It was just as described and more. Very comfortable and inviting. The location was perfect for us with great places to go within a short walk or drive. Ben and Ann were easy to contact if needed. Their home was comfortable and had all the amenities one could ask for. We highly recommend their place and will definitely return.

This was our third year in a row staying here. There is a reason we keep coming back. The location of the house is perfect for accessing the beach and all the amenities that location offers. The house and neighborhood is also quiet and private enough to feel like you are on your own resort when lounging by the pool. You can walk across the street to Walmart to get everything you need during your stay. This house truly is our home away from home.

Great space, Liz had all the stuff we needed for a beach vacay! My family stays in this area annually and will be looking forward to returning .

We loved it here! It was a quick walk to the beach, and had everything we needed! (Umbrella, beach chairs/towels) The condo was well kept and clean! Restaurants and Publix within walking distance. (Skinny’s was a family favorite) We would definitely book again. It was definitely a stress free, peaceful vacation!

Absolutely worth it. We spent time on Manatee Beach, had great dinners at the Ugly Grouper, Anna Maria’s Oyster House and Marina Jacks which was more upscale. The house was super clean and very comfy. Last eve was spent in pool and hot tub. Also owners were responsive to any requests. i would recommend this place and stay again myself. We also rented a catamaran 3 hour tour 😉 at Kathleen D’s. very nice.

Our family of four drove down from Connecticut and this place was so beautiful and relaxing after a 22 hour drive. It was exquisitely decorated and had every amenity we could possibly need. The host called us as soon as we arrived to make sure we were satisfied with the place and to give us some great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It is perfectly situated just minutes from the beach, walking distance to several restaurants, drugstores, a Publix, and the pool was just steps from the door. I highly recommend for any family looking for a beach getaway to make amazing memories.

We loved it. Great place, great location and very cute, especially if you appreciate the quality and sturdiness of older homes. The pool is a huge bonus. Check in/checkout and everything in between is very easy and convenient.

This place was just what we needed for some rest and relaxation. Everything was exactly as listed. Extremely clean and well supplied with towels and all your kitchen needs. The views from our balcony and the sounds of the ocean were priceless. If you’re looking to get away from it all and disconnect, this is the place!! You will not be disappointed.

This was the perfect beach house getaway for my family. The house was well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and even pool/beach supplies. The beach was only short walk across the street. The pool was amazing and probably our favorite spot to hangout. Will definitely look into booking Anna’s place again because it’s a gem!

Due to the hurricanes there was still some work going on at the Condo and on the beach. We completely understood and knew this might be the case coming in. Our goal was to relax and unwind and that is what we did! We loved the location - the ocean view from the deck and the short walk to the beach. The bed was relatively comfortable - not too hard. There were plenty of things in the kitchen to make using it easy. We walked and hung out on the beach a lot which was our plan. The pool is small but was nice. There are restaurants and stores within relatively close driving distance. When we had a question everyone was quick to get back to us. Overall a truly wonderful experience!

House is as described and Ideal for family vacation. It’s priced accordingly and is GREAT VALUE. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN. It’s a vacation beach house so expectations should be managed accordingly. The house could use a very thorough deep clean however there’s no mold or mildew. There’s everything you need. A crib upstairs and a pack and play downstairs (it could use aired out to get the chemical smell out). The wagon for the beach really helps. The grill is good enough for steaks. The pool heater does work if you needed it (they’ll come out after you prepay). There’s enough towels for a day and the washer and dryer on the main floor is great. A few of the doors (basement) were difficult to open and close but manageable. The toilets were small and low to the ground. The exterior stairs are more narrow than they should be. Some of the furniture is need of TLC. Dresser drawers don’t open and close as they should. When we needed a plumber, they had one out the next day.
