I was in town for work with a flip flopped scheduled from days to nights. The host was very accommodating to my check in schedule that I needed. I highly recommend this unit for someone in town for a short stay for work or a small family down for vacation!

We were in town for an event at Nathan Benderson Park and this was a great place for our home base. The place was cute, spotless and well-stocked. Catherine was extremely responsive to questions and made sure we had what we need. She even contacted me right away when the wi-fi was out - before I even noticed. And we appreciated the card and welcome snacks and wine! The area was very quiet and an easy drive to everything.

The space was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a weekend getaway. Had perfect amenities and all sorts of stores and restaurants nearby. It was also centrally located to Anna Maria Island and surrounding tourist areas. The host was very responsive and helpful.

An open pavilion with a wooden roof provides a shaded gathering space. Concrete flooring surrounds metallic planters strategically placed along the path. Lush greenery and light fixtures enhance the area, creating a welcoming environment for outdoor activities.

Great and comfortable place. Great communicative host. Location is perfect if you want to stay at home like place and enjoy local gorgeous beaches and parks. Back from the beach you have a nice size two pools and hot tops waiting for you. Publix, CVS, Applebee's and and many others are very close - actually walking distance or across the street. The place is very clean and equipped well with all supplies are you needed for the longer stay. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided as well. I had my morning coffee at the enclosed lanai with water view and watching great egret and blue herons in it. Definitely will stay again for another Bradenton/Sarasota trip. Highly recommend!!!

Our stay was very nice great area to go to the beach and many stores and restaurants around to get groceries and gas. Angela had many items for example: Snacks, soup, detergent for our needs while we stayed there. She was a great hostess with great hospitality i would recommend her Airbnb to family and friend.
