5 Star for sure, hands down, book this house! Things to note: 1. The house is only a few feet away from the main road and on busy weekends there is a huge line of cars from sunset to about 11pm. Some cars are louder than others. Midweek is much better with less cars. The positive: ultra convenient access to the beach. It’s unmatched. 2. One toilet - the house sleeps 7, we had 6. It can get a little dicey at times but ultimately no problem- bonus is the downstairs shower. Really cool. 3. The loft is really cool but the ladder is steep. We had three older boys and they did just fine. Overall - book this house. You can’t get better access to the beach and you’re right up the road from Bridge St. The house had toys, umbrella and chairs… plus a down stairs fridge as well. The house has cool history and the host is exceptional. Check-in and check-out was the easiest of any rental ever. Not kidding…

Staying a this Airbnb on Anna Maria island was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach, where we spent our mornings. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The private pol was a dream-crystal clear and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It truly felt like our own personal oasis. What really made the experience stand out was the host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, beachside retreat with all the comforts at home- and then some- this is the place. Anytime we travel to this island this is the first place I will check to see if it is available.

Amy's beautiful oasis on Anna Maria Island was the perfect spot for a relaxed, beach vacation! We had a mellow bachelorette party spent on the beach at Bean Point during the day and spent our evenings eating home-cooked dinners on the beautiful porch at Amy's before a nighttime pool dip to cool off. Can't recommend this spot enough!

Such a perfect escape for a family or a group of friends! The backyard feels like you’re in a private tropical paradise. There are so many amenities in this home you barely need to leave! On days you want to hit the beach, it’s only about 10-15 minutes to get to Anna Maria Island - very convenient location. This was one of our favorite rentals which is well documented by all the photos we took throughout the home - swimming in the pristine pool with the waterfall and fire features glowing, playing golf, watching movies in the theatre, sun bathing on the real sand beach with tiki hut, beautiful loungers and so much more! We already have ideas about the different groups of friends we want to share this property with! Such a score and the hosts are delightful too!!

This property was recently renovated and beautifully decorated. The living space was lovely. The kitchen was well appointed, and the beds were very comfortable and cozy. The swimming pool had fun amenities and waterfall. The pool area lighting made night swimming really enjoyable as well. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. Randy, our host, was very kind, timely with all communications and extremely helpful when a few questions came up during our stay. This is a great place for a relaxing beach getaway.

Rebecca’s place was perfect for our family vacation of two young children, two parents and two grandparents. Her house sits on a dead end street just a few blocks from the beach. We found everything we needed for a few meals at home, and having a washer and dryer was convenient. The kicker was the outdoor pool, which we loved. We would easily recommend her place to anyone who wants a beautiful place to spend vacation.

Ross and Hannah’s place was great for our family if 5! The pool with tv set up was amazing for our kiddos many movies in the pool during the week made it so much fun! We also loved the convenience of using the golf cart, was so close to shops and restaurants (we only used our rental car once to go to Cortez)! Hannah was also very quick to respond and s gracious host. We would recommend to families coming to ami- a good value!!

We had a fabulous stay at Russell’s place! It was even better in person than the photos. Our flight came in very early and we were allowed to arrive a couple hours early. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and had some chilled sparkling water in the fridge. I’ve stayed at tons of Airbnbs but this one was the best equipped. It had everything we needed. There was every beach supply imaginable available for us to use. Tons of soft beach towels, a wagon, umbrellas and chairs. The pool was great and my daughter’s loved it. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home some days as well. The location was great, just a short walk to Holmes Beach and very short drive to Publix and CVS. I would most definitely stay here again and can’t wait to come back (my daughters are begging to come back again this summer!).

My Husband and I booked with Caroline last minute (Same day) and she was kind. The apartment was perfect. Kitchen had everything we need and Roku for TV. Very close to shopping and beach! We ran out of propane and they immediately replaced it. Very kind hearted. Thank again Caroline. We will definitely be back!

Marilyn was the kindest host one could ask for! Her property was so clean, comfortable, and had anything you could need. I would highly recommend Marilyn's place to any future travelers as you wont be disappointed! Next time we are in Saint Pete's we will be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

Great stay, responsive host, clean stay, quiet with no disturbing neighbors, lots of activities to do local.

Fawn was so good at communicating and accommodating us. We have been working with Danny and Brenda, too for many years. All of their places are clean and beautiful. Fawn was so kind to have a pack and play put in our room before we arrived. We give this place over 5 stars! Love working with these people because they make us feel like family!

We loved this. We got married on the beach and stayed at Rick’s for a couple nights before heading back to Orlando and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Very beautiful, safe, secure, private, and overall incredible.

This place was great! Perfect for 2 people maybe 3 if they’re going to sleep on the couch but I wouldn’t say 4 or more. The WiFi sucked, whenever my phone was connected to it, it didn’t load anything. Beware there will be sand everywhere because it’s Florida. The Airbnb is right behind a little strip with a gas station, barber, laundromat and a coffee shop. The coffee shop was amazing! It’s so cute (called the Coffee Mill). The Airbnb was 15 minutes from Indian Rocks. Overall, really enjoyed it!

Everything was great, perfect location and perfect space for the two of us for our getaway. Air conditioning worked well in bedroom and living room/main area (I think some people previously commented on it being hot & the entry area is warm and not directly air conditioned, but the unit had several fans in the closet). We didn’t find this to be a problem at all for us. Everything was clean and as described in the listing. The only “complaints” if you could even call them that was that the WiFi did not seem to work no matter what we did and the water pressure wasn’t ideal for my husband, yet didn’t bother me too much so maybe that’s subjective. Overall, the owners were very accurate with what was offered and received, and they were very responsive as well, answering any questions we had very quickly, and calling us when we had a small issue with parking at first when we got there. They were friendly and asked how everything was going during our trip and we appreciated that very much.

We loved it here! It was a quick walk to the beach, and had everything we needed! (Umbrella, beach chairs/towels) The condo was well kept and clean! Restaurants and Publix within walking distance. (Skinny’s was a family favorite) We would definitely book again. It was definitely a stress free, peaceful vacation!

This condo was hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! It was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Best of all, the view of the ocean was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed sunsets over the ocean right from our balcony every night. We are thrilled to have found this gem by our favorite beach spot and plan to return each time we visit St. Pete!

This condo was everything I needed and more! The location? Absolutely perfect—the beach is literally your backyard. Waking up to that ocean view the next morning was a dream. Restaurants and activities were just minutes away, which made everything so easy and fun. Heidi, the host, went above and beyond. Her communication was fast, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She even surprised us with a delicious key lime pie and orange juice waiting for us after jet skiing—such a sweet and personal touch! I truly have no complaints. Everything about this stay was peaceful, beautiful, and seamless. I’d absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and magical beach getaway. 🌴🌊💛

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

Very nice apartment, very clean, we love it, the beach was clean and very close to the apartment.
