We had an amazing week at Michael and Denzel’s home! It was actually better than the pictures with enough space for everyone to feel right at home. The layout was perfect for two families. The home is spotless and extremely well stocked. The island is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool everyday! Highly recommend this home. It will exceed your expectations in every way!

Wonderful home in Anna Maria! Very close to the beach, pool was a nice break from the sun and many beach and pool supplies! Mark was gracious and allowed us to check in earlier as well- this was a life saver with the kids and heat! Would stay again!

We absolutely loved staying at AMI Retreat! The pool was great and loved having in the backyard, the beach access was close by and we would highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around town. Can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. This home is super clean, well styled, and spacious. The backyard oasis is amazing - very private and quiet. The location is great; the home is close to all amenities as well as the beach. Communication with the host was exceptional. Dana is super responsive and very friendly and accommodating. This location was awesome for our family vacation. We had 8 people and we had plenty of room. The outdoor area was relaxing. It was a comfortable house for both adults and kids. The proximity to the beach is great. We really appreciated the beach chairs, toys, cooler and umbrella. Hated to leave!

Our time at Anna Maria Island was truly fabulous. The rental was spotless clean and exactly as described. The property itself was gorgeous with wonderful landscaping and the rental was wonderfully decorated and had so many nice touches. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and shared a wealth of information about the area and gave us great recommendations on nearby amenities. The house is just steps from the bay and was exactly what we needed to completely unwind and relax during our stay. We loved our time at this rental and plan to return! Thank you so much for everything!

Kim's place was exactly as described and seen in photos. The large yard made it easy for my dogs to feel at home. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance or very short car ride. The beach down the street was so private and away from the larger crowds on the other side. Very nice neighborhood.

Wonderful place. Perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, two kids and a toddler). Numerous aspects of the home that made it exceptional—lots of beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, towels, toys, wagons, coolers, etc), outdoor shower to rinse off, bikes, plus everything you need in kitchen to cook. The beach is about a three to five minute walk and is spectacular—absolutely gorgeous. There is a southbound trolley stop across the street from the home, as well. About a fifteen minute walk to the shops on Pine Ave, which we enjoyed taking each morning. Minh’s home is beautiful and nicely furnished. She was always responsive and very nice each time I reached out. We had a fantastic time at this house and on AMI and will be returning as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful stay here! The walk to the beach was perfect and Christy had everything we needed inside and outside the home. She was very quick to respond to any questions. Beds were very comfortable, pool was amazing, and the outdoor space was very cute and private. We booked this last minute due to another condo not working out and we are so glad we did!!! 10/10 recommend staying here! You will be happy you did!

This cottage was cozy and beautiful. It had everything you needed and more. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood & a close drive to the beach. We loved having access to the beach gear & the backyard had everything you could dream of. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

Our stay was amazing for our family! House was very clean. Kat had all beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and beach toys for our stay. Beach is beautiful and only a couple of minutes to walk from the house. Location is close to good restaurants and ice cream! Would definitely stay here again! Kat was very responsive with any questions we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed Backyard Bliss. It was tucked away in a little cul-de-sac with a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed for inside as well as everything needed for a day at the beach. And the pool was wonderful!!

The home and amenities were perfect for our week long stay on the island. It was a short walk to the beach every day and easy return back home to the pool for an afternoon swim. The home is very nice and comfortable. It’s centrally located to several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

We were very pleased and happy with the rental house. Fabulous location 8 house from very quiet beach access. House was well stocked and very clean. Many restaurants within easy drive. Golf cart rental from very close-by rental co. provided to us by friend was perfect for exploring the island.

This place was amazing. It was just what we were looking for: close to the beaches, private, with a clean pool, and easy access to restaurants - perfect for my family to recharge before the busy summer months! We will stay here again for sure!

This was the perfect spot for our family beach weekend! The location is right around the corner from the beach and it was fully stocked with beach essentials. The pool area was the ideal place to come back and relax. We will definitely be coming back!

The house was perfect, great location, beautifully furnished. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house included lots of thoughtful extras such as a cool box, beach cart, sun tent and chairs for the beach. There was also sports equipment to use on the nearby sport courts and fishing equipment that could be used off the deck. The house was really well equipped and everything had been thought of. The app that is set up for house is a great idea and has all the information you need for the house including recommendations for eating out. In addition Alex and James are easy to contact and are very responsive. We had a great 10 days and hope to stay again.

Our stay was fabulous, everything on the villa was brand new after the terrible hurricanes the previous year and we were the lucky first ones to stay there. Our hosts Allan & Kathy were beyond welcoming and friendly and so helpful in many, many ways! Location was perfect, steps to the beach and also walking distance to great bars and food. We can’t wait to return and spend more evenings sat out the back watching the geckos, thank you so much Allan & Kathy.

Had a great stay in this Arbnb with my family. Lots of space, enjoyed the private pool. Would certainly recommend and come back to this place.
