Vacation rentals with a patio in Whitstable

Loved our stay at Stacey and Damian’s. Perfect location in Cliftonville. Easily walkable to the old town, but also within reach of the lovely Walpole Bay and local shops / bars. Beautifully decorated space that was perfect for the 2 of us.

what a delightful place to stay, simply stunning and homely. Ever detail and need catered for, in such peaceful surroundings. We loved the the courtyard with the beautiful plants and lighting and the bed was so comfortable with soft sheets. We love to cook so the kitchen was a dream all utensils were well thought out and well stocked with pots, pans, crockery and glassware. We walked on the beach every day, which is only 5 minutes away and made our way into Broadstairs and Margate, lots of amazing restaurants too. The perfect place - highly recommend !!

Partner and I really recommend this quaint little place, its central and has good views of the sea and is just so cosy, its nice and pretty, its airy and just full of little quirks that make the place really memorable. We really, really recommend this place to all that wish to stay in the local area too. It was an pleasure to be in such an wonderful little home

Beautiful flat within a 2 minute walk to the seafront and beach, as well as convenience stores, take aways and a few bars. 10 mins walk to Margate centre & main beach. Spent the evening walking along the coast path, watching the sunset and it was idyllic. Parking is on street, but arriving in the evening, spaces were available and no permit restrictions. Immediate local area isn’t the quietest as local residents and children were out on the street socialising in places, but once indoors, you don’t notice anyone around. Entry was via keysafe, so check in and out was flexible to suit my work hours. Flat was clean, tidy and beautifully designed. Has a “Mediterranean villa” vibe to it, with very comfortable bed and sofa, well equipped kitchen and amazing bathroom. The tub-for-2 is just perfect (but does take a while to fill obviously!) Everything I needed was provided, such as towels, bed linen, iron etc. as well as much more! Would definitely stay again, a perfect little gem! 💎

Pretty much everything about Michelle’s place exceeding expectations - the location is fantastic, we loved her style and we had everything we needed and more for a wonderful stay. Particularly to note the wonderful shower - lots of hot water and good water pressure particularly important when travelling with children and staying within spitting distance of so much sand! The only problem was that one night wasn’t long enough - we won’t make that mistake next time. I really can’t believe how low the cost is of this place - half of what other properties like this charge. 10 out of 5 for value for money. Thank you so much for such a great seaside escape, can’t wait to come back.

We had a very nice stay. The duplex was very comfortable, very clean and had all mod cons. There was plenty to do and see in town, including a cinema and interesting walks. Antonella had told us where to park and that helped a great deal. We also had a day in Whitstable which was also very interesting.

We had a fantastic stay, the villa is spotlessly clean and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Check in was easy and straightforward. The flat is very nicely decorated and furnished with modern facilities, including everything you could need for your stay. We couldn’t fault anything or list any negatives of the property. It is great to have the car parking space outside and we felt comfortable leaving our car there. It’s not a long walk into Margate (about 10 mins) and Westbrook Bay beach is a 2 minute walk (which is beautiful). It was brilliant having Tesco opposite for bits and bobs and there are nice takeaways nearby (highly recommend Flavours by Kumar). The bi-fold doors in the lounge were so nice and easy to use. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure the history of the place is known, a great read in the welcome book, which is a fantastic touch. Don’t hesitate to stay here. I highly recommended this place to stay, our best Air BnB stay yet! 5*

Was here for 3 nights and the place was perfect for a short stay, felt private and was great to get to and around town. There's parking which is helpful and the self check-in was easy. The place was clean, tall ceilings also help the place feel more spacious. The place itself is bright and the living room and bedroom both come with TVs that helped keep the quieter hours pass by a little quicker. All in all, was just as described and was a pleasure to stay at Christopher's, would happily come back.

Have stayed at Stuart and Heather's place before and enjoyed our stay just as much this time. The house is beautifully appointed and well equipped, and great value compared to many similar places. The sunny little garden is an extra benefit. Stuart and Heather are friendly, responsive hosts too. Would definitely stay again :)

such a lovely little cottage, it was absolutely perfect for us, we were staying for my wife's graduation, and it was a short walk away. Simon and Philippa were extremely friendly and very helpful, amazing hosts. we definitely hope to return again to stay in the near future 😁

It’s hard to know where to start… this was such a wonderful place to stay. Myself and my family go away together each year and this was the first year with two little children in tow! And it was perfect. The house was incredibly spacious, so many bedrooms and bathrooms to choose from which made it so convenient with 6 adults and 2 children. There was so much room to socialise and play and the selection of toys was incredible. We needn’t have brought anything with us! Tania had very kindly sourced an extra highchair for us and put up stair gates which was incredibly kind and helpful. The garden is fabulous and we utilised all the different garden games as well as the BBQ. It was so quiet which meant we all got a peaceful night’s sleep, and that went for inside the house as well so the adults could socialise downstairs whilst the children slept without worrying about them being able to hear us. All the amenities were fantastic and I would love to stay here again and 100% recommend.

Lovely 1 night stay for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration! Gorgeous accommodation - spacious but with a cosy cottage feel for our games night and the hot tub was a fab addition! Lisa was super helpful and responsive to my messages when planning our stay and also while we were there too. We all felt very welcome and really enjoyed our ‘short but sweet’ time at the barn - thank you!

Jo’s place offers 5 star luxury and accommodation, it was perfect for our friends long weekend away. Jo is very responsive and was always on hand to reply to any messages. The house has everything we needed and we loved the BBQ. It’s in a lovely quiet rural area but only a short drive from Whitstable and the surrounding towns and villages. We all had an amazing time and would definitely revisit.

Spacious modern house a few blocks from the high street and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities that you need. It is right next to a playground and park which is perfect for families. Lots of good restaurants, shops, etc nearby. We would definitely come back for another visit. :)

We very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The space for the bed sofa easily serves as a second room and we felt that we had plenty of room. The apartment is well equipped, clean and makes you feel home quickly.

Lovely apartment within walking distance of everything you might need. Coop opposite, 10 minutes to beach and main High Street. I parked in the Coop car park for £2.50 a day! All in all the perfect location. Tamara was immediately responsive for a query I had.

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A beautiful well decorated and comfortable flat with unbeatable views of the harbour. Great communication with the hosts made everything easy. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to come back soon.

Great little flat within easy walk to everything such as seafront, Turner Gallery, cafes, bars & great little crab museum 🦀 Comfy bed, nice linen & toiletries. A lovely base to explore Margate.

Great place in the lovely town of Whitstable. The place was really nice, according to the pictures & description. Whitstable is very pleasant coastal city in itself but also a great point to discover surrounding area (Canterbury, Chatham, Dover...). Definitely recommended.

We loved the flat especially being able to see the sea from the kitchen, lounge and the top lounge & roof terrace. Being right in the town means you're close to everything- Convenient for shops, restaurants, cafes & the beach.

We had wonderful stay at Simon and Laura’s apartment. The place was clean and felt really homely. We were able to walk into town for bars and restaurants, but there is also a few coffee shops and cafes at the end of the road which was useful. Very kind and responsive hosts. Thank you :)

We are just on our way home from a lovely stay in Herne Bay with our two children. The apartment was immaculate and roomy, enough space for us all to stay comfortably and we very much felt at home. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side but the apartment is right opposite the beach and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. We would definitely like to return in the future!
