Easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The space captured the local vibe perfectly — stylish, welcoming, and peaceful. The layout was fantastic, and it felt like stepping into a Restoration Hardware showroom. Everything was spotless, and surprisingly, it was incredibly quiet throughout the stay. Spencer’s place looked like the photos and had everything I needed for a few days of working from home! The kitchen is stocked with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Comfortable furniture and nice shower. The neighborhood is nice and safe to walk around, close to a few different coffee and restaurant spots. Would return!

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It was especially great for our kids—there were plenty of toys and books to keep them happily entertained, which made things so much easier for us as parents. The space felt very family-friendly, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

Heidi was friendly, greeted us at the gate, showed us around, checked in the next day to make sure all was well. She'd thoughtfully supplied us with delicious blueberry muffins, coffee, tea, staples in the fridge, creamer, milk, a stick of butter, a couple eggs, etc. It was so welcome after a day of travel. The kitchen's well equipped. I was easily able to make pancakes, cookies, breakfast and dinners, no problem. The beds were VERY comfortable! The bed linens were freshly washed and soft, as were the plentiful towels! Comfy sofa + armchair. If you're looking for a sleek modern place this is not for you, but for those who appreciate a cozy slice of vintage LA, as we do, you'll enjoy staying here. The dog friendly neighbourhood was great for us! Always people walking their dogs. We felt safe taking our pup out, day and night. Being a doggy neighbourhood, during the day you'll hear barking every so often. Restaurants, shops, grocery, ice cream 5 min walk! We'd definitely stay again!

This was my second time staying with Julie and me and my girlfriend loved it just as much as we did the first time. So peaceful and private and Julie is a great host. I appreciate her for hosting us again. Thank you!

The property was in the hills of Topanga Canyon. Quiet except for the bird symphony. Beautiful surroundings and very private. Lynn was extremely accessible and house was clean and well equipped. I'll be back soon!

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. The apartment is in a resort-style complex with a great pool and gym; the location was perfect for us. Thanks, Julia, for making our stay memorable.

The house is so close to lax airport and was very close to my aunts house. Soooooo many amenities in the house! Pool was refreshing, lots of comfortable patio furniture, comfortable beds, lots of games, books, many movies. Maria was so prompt to answer questions (thank you so much)!! Would stay here again without a doubt!! ❤️

This was the best stay I’ve had!! Everything about the experience was amazing!! Marcelo was very accommodating with a last minute booking and I even extended my stay. The place was exactly what I needed for me and my two dogs. The yard is stunningly beautiful and peaceful. The living quarters were super comfortable and clean. I feel fortunate to have been able to stay at this gem. It truly was the best experience I’ve had thus far. Thank you Marcelo and family! The best hosts!!!

Host provided us with flexibility to drop off bags early and was very responsive to questions. Area felt safe and secure with the private gate to access the home.

Michael’s place was great!! We loved the decor, the bright open spaces, and the spacious layout. Check-in was super easy with Michael coming to meet us, share additional instructions, and show us around. There was a plumbing issue that Michael communicated about proactively and went out of his was to bring us wine, beer, and snacks for the trouble. We really liked staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

We are super happy with our stay. Sara is a very communicative, polite, and helpful person. The apartment has everything a good Airbnb should have, and even more :) Beautiful street for walks, very close to Whole Foods Market. Nearby, I recommend a very good restaurant, "Little Fatty". If you are in the mood for Asian cuisine with a slight modern twist, I recommend it. One thing I know for sure is where I will be sleeping on my next visit to LA 😉 Thanks Sara!

Truly fabulous place to stay! We were displaced in the LA Fires and were fortunate enough to make this our home-away-from-home for 4 weeks. Elizabeth and Ryan were amazing hosts - going above and beyond with all the extras because they knew our situation. They stocked the fridge and cabinets with all the basics and a few treats and even had fresh bread and flowers waiting when we arrived. There wasn’t one thing missing from the house and they were incredibly responsive and generous. 5 stars is an understatement on this little zen gem tucked up in the hills… serene with a fantastic view, koi fish in the pond, and the sound of trickling water to fall asleep to at night. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Everything was clean and comfortable. Akari and John were responsive and were readily available. They have many different types of toys for little kids. The only downside was the parking situation. It was a bit tricky to find a spot nearby especially during peak hours and there’s no designated parking which made unloading luggage inconvenient. If traveling without a car or don’t mind walking a bit, this place is worth it.

We had a fabulous stay at Howard and Jacqui’s place. Their place is well cared for and so peaceful with all of the rooms so nicely decorated with perfect amenities for my family. The sound of the koi pond was so relaxing in the evenings we kept the windows open to hear it. I highly recommend booking their place if you’re looking for a place to stay in the LA/Santa Monica area. Thanks Howard and Jacqui!!
