Vacation rentals with a patio in West LA

A great stay in Westwood while visiting our son at UCLA! Walkable area with clean and quiet building. Easy access to coffee just across the street. Very spacious, clean and bonus parking!

This a great Airbnb! It is very nice, clean, and has everything you need. It is in a safe location and there are tons of restaurants and coffee spots in the area.

Joe and Erika’s place was perfect for my needs, which were to be near the Metro for work and near the beach for play. The apartment is clean and lovely, exactly as pictured, and it had a nice private and peaceful vibe. There is a place to rent bikes right next to the building that I highly recommend, great guys there, and then you can bike for miles/hours along the Santa Monica Bay. As a solo female traveler the building felt secure and safe, and there are no shortages of great restaurants and shops nearby. The proximity to the ocean, cool ocean breeze, and spectacular sunsets make this a great place to stay in Santa Monica.

This was an excellent place to stay. Even more spacious in person. It was spotlessly clean and everything felt brand new. I will definitely be looking to book here again whenever I am back in the area. 10/10

Great location. Had everything you need. Easy access, quick drive to a lot of good food in the marina and on Lincoln. My only slight complaint was the pool was smaller than expected and the floors felt very sticky.

This is a great find for people that want to stay in or near West Hollywood. The listing was an exact match to what you actually get. Maggie was very quick to respond to any questions. The views from the apartment and rooftop were to die for! The space is excellent for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

It was a very safe and secure location. The place was very well maintained and everything was perfect for us. The amenities were great and we enjoyed our stay.

I had a lovely staycation, the garden is beautiful and the home is lovely. Plenty of books and garden space.

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

I’m extremely satisfied with John’s beautiful house, and I can say this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in LA among all of my 17 LA trips. My parents were so obsessed with John’s place and they said they wanna stay here forever. John’s place was so clean, bright, and prestige, which was exactly matched with the pictures. John was also being very responsive and friendly (always reply less than 10 mins). Nice place and totally worthy!

Truly fabulous place to stay! We were displaced in the LA Fires and were fortunate enough to make this our home-away-from-home for 4 weeks. Elizabeth and Ryan were amazing hosts - going above and beyond with all the extras because they knew our situation. They stocked the fridge and cabinets with all the basics and a few treats and even had fresh bread and flowers waiting when we arrived. There wasn’t one thing missing from the house and they were incredibly responsive and generous. 5 stars is an understatement on this little zen gem tucked up in the hills… serene with a fantastic view, koi fish in the pond, and the sound of trickling water to fall asleep to at night. Shell House was the perfect stay to end our road trip! Courtney has been an ideal host, no question was too much, she was always quick to respond and so accommodating. The house it’s self was so idilic and the aesthetic fit the location. It was close to the beach and Abbott Kinney BL for shops, coffee and restaurants. We would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone considering a visit to LA to book Shell House.

This was a perfect place for me and our 4 little ones to stay. It was 15 min to the Beach and 20min to downtown LA. This place was very clean and comfortable. Thanks Sara!

Traveling with another couple, this place gave us enough room to spread out. It was nice having an extra living room. The lighting was great, both natural and artificial. The bathrooms and kitchen looked new and were well appointed and had a lot of cooking equipment. We loved the backyard but unfortunately it was a little too cool to sit out there in the late afternoon. It was very private The location was good in that it was easy to get to the beach and other areas of interest in the LA area. Would definitely stay here again.

Peter was the best host! Not only were the check in instructions great with photo examples to aid a smooth process but he was willing to work with me on checkout time. I came for work and left my belongings at the apartment thinking I would be back in time before checkout and Peter was not only helpful but very understanding. Being able to check in very late after a long flight with front desk security made it really easy and comfortable. It was so quiet! Which is surprising for the area. The space was more spacious and beautiful in person. Can’t wait to book this for visiting friends

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb, it was a beautiful and very clean. It was also very nearby to a handful of restaurants and shopping stores. All hosts were very responsive and friendly. Our only complaint was the check out time, the 10am check out time felt very early, earlier than hotel rooms and most Airbnb’s I have previously stayed in. Aside from that everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay here! We were instantly comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy instructions to get in. Felt safe and private. Typical city noise which is to be expected, but nothing bad at all, and the windows block out the noise perfectly so we slept great! No complaints and hope to come back next time we're in town for a concert! Thank you so much Christina!

Navid is a responsive host with a very nice property. The rooms are well equipped and the listing is accurate with respect to actual experience.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

I had an incredible extended stay at Adam's place! It was very clean, quiet and in a great location. I was so happy and I highly recommend staying there. Adam was very responsive and I didn't have one issue!
