Two separate bungalows with two bathrooms! Full Kitchen in Main Bungalow and kitchenette in 2nd Bungalow. 1/2 mile to the sand, Pacific City, Main Street, & The HB Pier. The Main Bungalow has a table with w/built-in seating, a comfy pull-up queen sofabed, and a twin sleeper chair. The 2nd Bungalow has a queen bed, a table for two, a sofa, & TV. A large private patio connects the bungalows & has a dining table, BBQ, sail shades, and a fire pit with seating. There is one off-street parking space.

The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Close to Old Town Orange, Chapman University, and the Santa Artists Village.

All rooms are equipped with a king size beds with linens and pillows except for the master bedroom it has a lush cal king size bed. Three of the four rooms are equipped with attached full size bathrooms all newly remodeled fully equipped with essentials with a half bath down stairs near the family rooms and fully stocked kitchen. It has private entrance (front door and back door) with 1 reserved parking right at the back door. Peaceful place to stay, quiet neighborhood, total appr 250 sq ft .
