LeAnn hosted us for Memorial Weekend, and the place is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. She was super responsive, and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Our Host, Ivy was Awesome from beginning to end. Perfect! And well catered for my family. Everyone had their own space. The games room with the Pool table & cards Table was Great for Entertaining. Location was perfect, close to everything… shopping & food. South Rainbow Blvd has everything. We will definitely stay again… Thank you Ivy😊

This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

I had a great experience with Hodi! The entire process was very smooth from start to finish. Hodi was incredibly clear and communicative, always quick to respond and super helpful with any questions I had. Overall, an amazing host. I’d absolutely love to deal with Hodi again should the opportunity come up. Highly recommended!

We enjoy our stay at this place. It was really clean and had everything we needed. Its close to everything. I recommend this place if you guys go to vegas one day. We will definitely book this place again when we go to vegas again. The pool was incredible too. Pretty big house for a large group.

Loved the place! Very spacious and felt like home. Great location to The Strip and a lot of options for restaurants close by. Felt very safe in the community. We will definitely be back!

Staying at Elad’s was a wonderful experience that truly felt like a home away from home. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. Elad was an attentive and welcoming host, always quick to respond and offer help when needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. I’d gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, home-like place to stay.

We would stay at this space again. Easy check in and the room was larger than expected. Nice as it's a little off the strip. Clean and quiet. We really enjoyed eating at the Happy Camper across the street.

Conveniently located easy access to downtown as well as going out to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston for hiking. Grocery store and other specialty stores within minutes.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

Ariadna’s place felt warm and comfy great place to take a load off the day or just rest and relax everything match the description very respectful and proactive and fast response I really enjoyed my stay their I’ve stayed there before a couple years back and even then exceeding my expectations.

The place was absolutely amazing and very convenient. Very clean and kitchen is exactly what I needed with plenty of accessories to cook a great dinner. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Vegas to stay here

This was a huge upgrade from the room we stayed at last year at Plams Place, Michael's was top notch one of the best I've ever stayed in, felt like a million bucks in how maintained and well the overall location was. Loved the balcony views of the strip from afar. The stand alone soaking tub in the bedroom was amazing and overall made a getaway for myself and my wife abosultley amazing! I would 100% rent again! One note outside of the review and nothing to do with Michael's place but overall Palms Place the elevator for this location was horrible it took on average 5-10 minutes to even get an elevator that you could get on because they were constantly full and only had one or two working but the staff said none were down. Nearly missed my uber ride due to this issue. But overall it seemed to be a building issue and didn't have the same last year so not sure what happened either way I was very impressed with the stay and can't wait to return next year!

Exactly what I needed for a couple days! Simple and clean, easy to get inside, quiet area w/ lots of amazing food, fifteen minutes from Strip. Matthew was very responsive and helpful.

Meredith's place was perfect! Super clean, great location, and she's an amazing host. Really friendly and helpful, and made the whole stay so easy and over the top enjoyable. Plus, she's got a great vibe and a killer smile. Definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance! Biggest plus was how dog friendly and oriented everything is. They had their own beds in the casita and everything. It If I could give her six stars I would!

Had a great stay. Will come back in the future!
