Feel Jakarta like a local, we used to live here, so you will experience the same thing as us. The apartment is bright, tastefully decorated the nordic way. Has vintage wooden floorings, well lit cozy kitchen, and a large ensuite bathroom. Sauna, Jacuzzi, Gym, and swimming pool are on the 5th floor. We do the best possible sanitation, but note that this is us hosting, not a 5* hotel standard, so sometimes ants visit and we make mistake, just contact us and we'll be happy to arrange a cleaning :)

Alice's place was just perfect for my needs. It's in the heart of Kemang and Central Jakarta is easy to reach as well. The place was perfectly clean and the apartment is equipped with literally everything that one needs for a short or longer stay. The city view in the night is breathtaking. On the daytime there is a huge garbage dump when you look from the balcony. It's not smelly though. Don't forget to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to sounds because there is a lot of islamic chanting going on in the morning.

we stayed with Abram for a month in the apartment and felt right at home, which was also bitterly necessary after our 8 month trip so far. There is a lot of storage space to unpack everything, the kitchen is set up so far that you can cook yourself, a couch to rummage in front of the TV and there is a super cozy bedroom and a "children's room" with bunk bed. Both rooms have their own desk, so you can also work as a couple without annoying. The shower is very pleasant and hot (if desired). The WiFi was very good and only had occasional interruptions, but costs extra. just like the gym, which also had unusual opening hours. The pool, on the other hand, is free and okay to swim. From the balcony you have a great view over Chimai and the mountains/volcanoes, but unfortunately it was mostly foggy or smog. All in all a great apartment also for longer stays. Only point of criticism: the volume
