Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Wauwatosa

This is an absolutely perfect stay! We came to town to visit the Harley Museum and it was literally a stone’s throw away; it took us longer to get ready and on the bike than it did to get to the museum! The apartment was beautiful and had great amenities for tired travelers. And all the neighbor puppies are adorable! 10/10 would stay again!!!

The hundreds of reviews are accurate! This spot is a GEM. Thoughtful amenities, warm and inviting energy through the entire space and walkable to some great restaurant/bars! Will be staying here every time we visit! Peace and love!!!!🫶🏽❤️

The space was even more impressive in person than in the photos. We loved the historic charm… we used to live on the East Side, so we felt right at home. The lakefront view was the “wow-factor”, and the space was clean and beautifully-appointed.

A nice, well appointed, upstairs apartment, at a fair price. Very comfortable mattress and bedding. The work space in a seperate room with a height adjustable desk with comfortable chair was very functional and a nice addition. Nice living room, HVAC worked well, nice dining room table. We had no problems during our six night stay and it felt like the owners really care about the property. The staircase is a challenge with a large suitcase, that's just a comment, not even a criticism. The street is very quiet and we parked directly in front of the house so access to our vehicle was very easy. It is very likely we will stay here again during future trips to Milwaukee.

Very good place to stay. Highly walkable area- just a 5 minute walk to a full grocery store. Busy road, but still very quiet. The bathroom looked newly renovated. The locks and doors were sort of hard to manage. They were very old and it took a few tries to learn the proper trick to opening and locking them. But those things were minor concerns compared to the rest of the experience. I would definitely stay here in the future!

It was a pleasant stay, had most of the things that we need for a 3 day stay.

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever had the privilege of staying in. Alice is the unequivocal best host you will find on this website. She is kind, considerate, and extremely helpful. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need, just bring your suitcase. It is clean, spacious, and feels like home. Alice was kind enough to take me on a tour of Milwaukee downtown my first week. She even got dinner with me, took me to multiple custard shops, and gave me fresh-baked apple pie (10/10). The location is perfect, especially if you are traveling to a local hospital. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Cannot recommend this place enough. You will not regret booking this unit!

We had a lovely few days at Matt's place! We had 2 small kids with us and the place was well set up for our needs- ample space in the bedroom to put a pack and play, a well laid out kitchen and easy parking behind the house. Like other reviewers have noted, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. There are things within a 15 min walk- park, library, a nice grocery store, if we'd been around in the spring we probably would have walked a lot more. As we were here for a family reunion we were happy to have a quiet space for the babies to decompress at the end of the day. Would stay again!

Had a wonderful weekend in Milwaukee! Andrew had lots of great recommendations for dining, coffee, cocktails and shopping. He was wonderful to talk to and we really enjoyed our stay!

Just like the photos. Comfortale, clean small 2 bedroom place with a basic kitchen and some rather funky charm. If you're there on a Tuesday or Sunday, check out the West Allis Historical Society Museum. Close by, it's an interesting and eclectic collection (vintage toys to factory machinery, plus a recreated classroom, in a beautiful 1880s school.

House was clean. Keypad entry was easy. Neighborhood was quiet enough. Uber/Lift to downtown were never far away or too expensive. Would recommend.

What an adorable, cozy, and peaceful place to stay!! The village has such a great and welcoming atmosphere!! so many fun things to do, great restaurants, and taverns. We even went bowling! Definitely will be staying here again as family moved there and I will be visiting often! Thank you Emily for accommodating my early arrival!!!

The perfect spot for our family for a few days during relocation. Would absolutely stay again if in the area. Timothy was responsive, place was EXTREMELY tidy and had some games and entertainment for the kids. 5 stars!

This is a genuine find! The conveniences, small touches, and great communication would make this a great place to stay. But the charm and historic setting make this next level. A beautiful setting, nice location for Milwaukee access, and of course scrupulously clean. The owners have done a great job creating a very quaint place that also meets modern travel expectations. Highly recommend.

I had family visiting from four different states over the holidays. This was the perfect place for us all and Craig was super responsive during the holiday week!! Incredibly helpful host!

Loved our stay here - host was helpful with clear instructions. Location is great - right next to an awesome donut shop and a 10 minute drive from everything else! Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the bed was very comfortable. Would love to stay here again.

Our group of 10 girlfriends (55ish) spent a weekend experiencing the local bars and restaurants along with some shopping and the Pabst Best tour. The location was perfect walking distance for all of our activities. Nikki was extremely helpful in assisting us with some special requests FYI We preferred the little bakery/coffee shop right next door for paninis and the best chocolate brownie I’ve ever had! One thing to note , the area transforms a little bit after 11pm, but we felt safe with all of the police presence. We would stay again

Had a great time, loved the neighborhood and proximity to attractions we planned to visit. Will say that you can definitely hear noise between floors so I would not stay with our young children again because while I fortunately believe no one was overlapping with us, it was very obvious when cleaners arrived on our check out day. Downstairs neighbors probably wouldn't have appreciated children above them! Beautiful place and I'm obsessed with the wallpaper.

Once we landed in Milwaukee, we texted Jodi to let her know when we expected to arrive at her place. She quickly responded that she had some errands but provided the entry code and made us feel welcome. We got settled in and then she reached out via text to let us know she had returned. She came up to meet us in person and helped us understand the city requirements for parking on the street. She had already provided the URL to the registration site and just made sure we were comfortable with what needed to be done. She later informed me that I'd parked on the wrong side of the street so that I could move the vehicle so that it didn't get a ticket. I appreciated that. We were out and about most of the time we were there. The notes that she had placed throughout were very helpful. The booklet that she printed was very clear and her expectations were reasonable and easy to meet. It's an older home, but very quaint and pretty cool.

We rented this entire house, both upper and lower units (separate listings) for our wedding across the street at South Shore Pavilion. This rental was outstanding and created a beautiful and stress free home-base for our wedding guests and weekend. The bridal party was able to get ready here before the ceremony and guests from out of town had clean private bedrooms to stay in. Awesome eclectic vibe and plenty of places to relax, with plenty of extra room. I recommend this rental to anyone spending an important weekend in Bayview, like a wedding. The next door neighbors were courteous and very tolerant of our busy weekend. Instructions were clear for how to stay out of their way and how to be good guests in the neighborhood of mostly homeowners. I would not consider this a “party house” given the context of the neighborhood and rather a beautiful relaxing domain to enjoy the best neighborhood in Milwaukee.
