"Vasa Guest House" is the upstairs of my Victorian cottage in Traverse City's Old Town Neighborhood. The upstairs of my house is a sun-filled space with many large windows. This is a great location from which to explore everything Traverse City has to offer! The Oryana Natural Foods Co-operative is directly across the street and the Boardman Lake Trail is close-by. Downtown Traverse City's business district is just a short walk away (about six blocks).
“Andrew’s guest house was just what we wanted - a quiet, cozy space located on picturesque Traverse City street. The bedroom was very spacious and could sleep many more than we had (just two of us). Location was perfect. We were able to walk 5-10 minutes from the guest house right to the shops and breweries in downtown Traverse City. If we come back to Traverse City we will definitely consider staying at Andrew’s guest house again!”
Fully furnished condo w/ 15 ft ceilings located in the Grand Traverse Commons. A stunning example of historic preservation and new-urban living! Located only one mile from the bay and downtown, the village is home to an array of on-site amenities.
“Beautiful, well appointed, cozy condo for two that is a short drive to downtown Traverse City. Unique venue with plenty of great restaurants and shops on site. If you’re hoping to venture out, it’s an easy drive to Lake Michigan hiking and the plethora of wineries and breweries on both Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsulas.”
The experience-loving explorer will appreciate this newly constructed loft next to the Tart Trail, 1/4 mile to beach & Old Mission Peninsula. This end unit with all new furnishings is tucked into a retail area on the edge of town 1.3M to where the shops begin in downtown TC. Your comfort is in the details and my love for hosting and fine things will ensure a carefree & comfortable stay. -Cozy king bed -Free parking -70” Smart TV with cable! -Full kitchen -Full sized new washer & dryer
“The space was super clean, super fun, and super stylish. The location was perfect. We were near the places of necessity and close to downtown Traverse City and other notable locations. With being a last second booking I was just hoping for a good experience, but was blown away by a great one. We will be sure to try and book here again when we come back to town.”
