    What guests are saying:

“Our stay at Connie & Ed's place was awesome. Their carriage house apartment is cozy and self sufficient, everything is in working order and clean. The mattress is firm and the bedding is soft, and there are essentials of all kinds available including a fridge, microwave, an iron & ironing board and even a washer/dryer. The location is great, in a lovely neighborhood and even includes a dedicated parking space. Overall a great stay!”

The Vonnegut - A nice room near downtown.

Guests will be sleeping in a Queen-size Ikea bed with a memory foam mattress pad. I have a sweet cat named Alice. Guests are welcome to use the TV to hang out and watch Netflix. The downstairs has a nice bistro table and chairs next to the fireplace. Relax in a comfy chair and get some work done. You are welcome to use the fridge and kitchen that has a gas stove/oven and a microwave. I have another room listed in my home so you may get to meet someone from another city as well!

    What guests are saying:

“I've been a long-term guest at Steve's apartment while training in psychotherapy at the VA hospital nearby. Location is perfectly suited to train at VA, Eskenazi or IUPUI, pretty close to downtown although if you don't own a car public transportation isn't the best, a bike could be good for long stays. Steve's house is cozy, beautiful and stylish, you feel very comfortable the moment you set a foot in it, specially in winter, Steve always keeps the house warm. I didn't miss a single item during my stay, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer and iron are available, as well as kitchen utilities and even an italian coffee maker. The room I was in is very spacious, brightly lit (facing east and with 2 Windows). It has a big closet, a plasma TV just for yourself (Netflix included) and a studying desk, the bed is wide, enough for two and very soft (I personally prefer harder mattresses but I slept perfectly). Steve is a very generous host, offering you detergent, tea, coffee or shower gel, he is also very laid back and knowledgeable about the history of Indy, ready to give local recommendations. My stay with him was very pleasant and we got along well, even had our roomate routines watching TV shows at night. I definitely recomend at would stay again at this Airbnb!”

    What guests are saying:

“Really nice place. Great decoration and great amenities. They require you to clean most of the BnB yourself or they will charge you an extra $20, though. I get being courteous and not leaving a mess, some of the cleaning is expected from the host, especially when they already charge a $12 cleaning fee.”
