Everything was exactly like they said I would definitely recommend this place. When I go back to Indy, I will definitely stay there again.

Very nice place, easily walkable to Fountain Square downtown. Would highly recommend for a large group.

The house is beautiful and was perfect for our large family! Loved that there were toys for the little kids. The bedrooms had plenty of beds and space for everyone. Kitchen had everything you could ever need. Cute coffee/tea bar. Plenty of space for parking. The kids loved to play on the train in the yard- very unique! Hot tub certainly did not disappoint. Great space for entertaining.

Beautiful home well thought out use of space. Our family enjoy our stay and will be back again in the future. Highly recommend.

This home is a whole vibe. Beautifully decorated, all the amenities, incredibly peaceful. Cozy, but more than enough room to spread out and have personal space. We loved being able to take the bikes out on the Monon, hang out in the beautiful backyard, and relax in the hot tub. We had a crew of 5 for the Indy 500 weekend and loved the proximity to Broad Ripple dining options. There was also plenty of space to make a large home-cooked brunch. I don’t have fur babies, but it’s such a huge plus to have a pet-friendly location. The home is incredibly clean and smells amazing - you’d never guess it was a pet-friendly spot. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and clean place; had a lot is sleeping options; close to everything; great place to unwind after exploring Indy for the day; the owner is very responsive to your questions and includes a very descriptive booklet of restaurants, activities, events, and night life opportunities that are close by. The back yard was so neat to sit out and enjoy after a day of exploring. Everyone had their own bed to choose from in a private space which was an added bonus. It was very clean and very accurate to the online pictures.

Lovely flat in a lovely neighborhood. We were able to walk to restaurants and cafes and close to many sights. Melissa was a very flexible host and quite accommodating!

Alena was a great host and the house was extremely cozy. Stayed here for a wedding and really enjoyed some quiet relaxing time at the house. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place to unwind after my son’s soccer games. Also nice to have a gym and pool onsight. Thanks again, we really enjoyed our relaxing weekend.

Staying at Madisson’s apartment as a foreigner was one of the best decisions i could make. Her responses were quick, instructions clear, the place was absolutely comfortable! The bed…. Had amazing sleep!! The place has a beautiful view to the canal, minutes away from that scenery. 15 min walk from downtown, 1 min walk from bus station, so it has a great location. The building is completly private so you would not get in with out your access key, that made me feel really safe. Had the absolute best experience to have her as my host and feeling comfortable in her place away from home. Definetely would recommend and would come back!!!!

Great place to stay. Was centrally located to our needs and activities. Clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, clear instructions. Peaceful setting on the lake. We would stay again on our next visit.

Kris’s place is really special and makes for a memorable stay. I don’t know how she does it but her maximalist interior design all works perfectly together. Things are joyful and fun and you constantly discover new things. Master bedroom bed was quite comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

House was comfortable and has a lot of charm. I love the hard wood flooring. the color, feel l, and sound of it just added to the feel of getting away from it all. my family and I was able to decompress and relax as well as get our individual projects completed. Michelle was very proactive. She reached out to us to make sure we were okay prior to check in, during our stay when I had a question she replied really quick, and during the check out she wanted to make sure we had no issues. When we return later this year I will definitely look forward to staying here again if it is available.

This is truly a 5 star rental. Owners went above and beyond to provide a seamless experience. Would absolutely recommend the house and would definitely stay again when in town.

Amazing place to stay at . This building has everything you want. Apartment is modern , clean and looks and feels like home. I will be staying here again when coming back to Indianapolis. Hosts are responsive and attentive . Recommended 10/10

Good location, good space to hang out. Felt comfortable and had all the basics. Great location, enjoyed the heated pool even in the rain. We will definitely be back.

We were really only at the property long enough to sleep, but it served our needs well as a place to spend the night. We had no problems.

My husband and cat and I stayed for almost 2 weeks in the midst of a big move and this AirBnB was perfect! Wonderful location, flexible hosts, well stocked Nespresso, and great lighting. Walkable to so many Fountain Square gems (especially Bovacanti!). Appreciated the full kitchen and washer/dryer units too. Some minimal comments/tips: parking can be trickier at night but we could consistently find parking 1-2 blocks away. Water pressure is also on the lower end and hot water in the main bathroom sinks are hard to turn on. Anna acknowledged this and it wasn’t a huge issue - we adapted quickly over time! Would recommend this BnB to anyone looking for a longer stay!

This is our second time staying there. We were there for work and we highly recommend the home and the location.

Mike’s place was located in a perfect place to access restaurants and the Pensy Trail. All within walking distance. It has all the cookware and incidentals to allow you to do some meals at home also. If it had not rained the majority of the week, I was there I would’ve attempted a barbecue outback! It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay and I will absolutely come back whenever I’m next in Greenfield!

Had a wonderful stay at this house for the Indy 500 race weekend. House was within a short distance to the track which allowed us to get in and out in lightning fast time. We could even hear the 6 AM cannon go off in the morning to signal the start of race day. Overall the property met all of our needs. House was plenty large enough to comfotable sleep the 10 of us that were there. The yard was nice, screened in porch was a good place to relax, and every bedroom had a large fan to help cool things down. There were a few odd things like windows that couldn't open, bathtubs that couldn't have the drain plugged for a bath, and dead insects in the window frames, but nothing that affected our stay. We would definitely stay here again for another race weekend.

Kathleen's place was great. There were 2 families that stayed so a total of 4 adults and 4 kids, 3 and under. There was more than enough room for all of us and we didn't even use the basement which is a second apartment really. Kathleen left great instructions, the place was clean, the yard is fenced in so we let the kids run around with no problem. I would absolutely stay here again! Just to comment on the street that others commented on. It is on a busy street but I never heard anything in the bedrooms and all the kids had no issues sleeping. The location didn't bother us at all it was actually 7 minutes from the children's museum and alot of parking.

Effie’s Walkable Indy Airbnb was just as described, right in the heart of one of the best downtown Indianapolis neighborhoods… within just a few blocks of some of Indy’s best restaurants (Milktooth & Bluebeard to name a few…). The interior updates to the home were really nice, and the Airbnb had everything needed for a quick weekend visit or a longer stay in Indianapolis. I very much enjoyed staying at Effie’s Airbnb, and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in a great downtown Indy neighborhood!
