Monthly Rentals in Västra Boda

We found what we were looking for in Värmland, silence, nature, solitude, mushroom picking, hiking, relaxing on the terrace, barbecue overlooking the lake, swimming in the lake, boating. A small coop with everything we needed every day is in Skillingsfors. For hikes, nature reserves are accessible by car. We hardly met people here. Map and compass are an advantage. There are hardly easily walkable hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the house, which we knew. If you need little infrastructure like restaurants or the like and many people for your well-being, you're in the right place. It was completely right for us. Robert was a very good host, always available and helpful. We received excursion tips from him, something to fix, he was right there. House is in impeccable condition. 5 stars in every way. It is likely that we will come again. Thank you Robert for a wonderful long stay.!

The home is old and a little worn, but surprisingly clean! Quiet and peaceful area with a nice view of the forest. NOTE! There is no freezer. I had not understood this and therefore we had to throw away some food that we could not take home with us.

If I could, I would give the cottage 6 stars! Super clean, very cozily furnished, full of comforts, luxury and quality and beds made with care on arrival. Beautiful view, nice garden. The only small downside was that there was quite a lot of (freight)traffic across the road past the house, but you don't hear much about that inside. Very friendly host and pleasant and fast communication. I highly recommend this cottage to everyone!

Wow!! What a fabulous cabin. It was just what we needed and hoped for. The lake view and surroundings were absolutely stunning. We could have stayed for months. It is so peaceful and was a privilege to stay there. Laura was fab, communication from the day of booking was perfect, she was so kind in letting us know that it was a public holiday before we arrived and even got basic supplies for us on arrival. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would absolutely recommend Laura’s cabin to anyone who just wants to get away from the world and relax in such a special, magical place. Thank you Laura, we will definitely be back.
