We enjoyed staying here very much. The location is really quiet and undisturbed. The view on the lake is great. There you could fish and go boating. Inside, the cottage is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. A great place to get away.

We found what we were looking for in Värmland, silence, nature, solitude, mushroom picking, hiking, relaxing on the terrace, barbecue overlooking the lake, swimming in the lake, boating. A small coop with everything we needed every day is in Skillingsfors. For hikes, nature reserves are accessible by car. We hardly met people here. Map and compass are an advantage. There are hardly easily walkable hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the house, which we knew. If you need little infrastructure like restaurants or the like and many people for your well-being, you're in the right place. It was completely right for us. Robert was a very good host, always available and helpful. We received excursion tips from him, something to fix, he was right there. House is in impeccable condition. 5 stars in every way. It is likely that we will come again. Thank you Robert for a wonderful long stay.!

Super nice and calm Airbnb. I can only recommend it. Great view of the lake and garden. The landlady is very friendly and the accommodation is super clean. The two cats on the property are also very sweet and well-behaved. It all worked out perfectly.

We were warmly welcomed by the host and received a short briefing. Kenneth is very courteous, helpful and friendly. The house are beautiful and perfectly equipped. The view of the lake is fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Very happy with your stay. There were some small things that made up the little extra with guest towels, decorations and lit candles on the table when we arrived. Very nice cabin and cozy place. Would love to come back! 🙂

Authentic cosy swedish cottage

We had wonderful days. A nice cottage with a beautiful view over the lake. Only downside is that there is a road running in front so you have to cross it first before you can get to the water. But we were able to canoe! Also we took a walk to the lookout tower. And of course, waffles ate in the village. Helene and Hans were very helpful and you were able to communicate well with them. Thank you Helene and Hans for the wonderful stay in your cottage.
