Nice cottage by Lake Mälaren

Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guest house and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available, which makes it also suitable for working from here. Close to nature plot with lawn for summer activities. Approximately 150m to the jetty with boat (3.5hp) for fishing and swimming and kayak for 2p. Lovely 4.5 km running trail around Björsund, see the guidebook. Large terrace with barbecue and ping pong table.

Comfortable accommodation in newly renovated apartment close to a farm with sheep, horses and chickens. For those who want to enjoy proximity to swimming, fishing and boating, the lake Mälaren is only 600 meters from the property. Dispose of rowboat and life jackets in agreement with hosts during summer season. Some bikes are available in various sizes. From the farm, depending on the season you can buy fresh eggs, honey, fruits and vegetables. Examples of excursions by bike are Mälsåkers Castle (about 4 km) or Åsa burial field (about 1 km). The magazine in Tuna, has finally come back to life! Newly renovated and decorated to be able to offer cozy accommodation in the countryside. Come a long weekend with friends, cook around the kitchen island or book a private dinner in the "Farm House". It is a beautiful environment where you are happy to take walks, a bike ride or swim in Mälaren. The magazine is secluded from the host's residence, with its own driveway. Skating in cold weather and sledding in lots of snow in the yard. * Access to wood-fired sauna is available for SEK 100 per time. * Barbecuing at the log cabin in the adjacent forest is possible. * Beach at Lake Mälaren is a few kilometers away. * Strängnäs city center is about half a mile from the farm. * Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest, but can be rented for SEK 50 per guest. Guest apartment next to the lake Mälaren

The guest apartment is on top of our double garage. The place is about 40 sqm, and the ceiling is quite low at some places (please check the photos). We live in a house about 50 meters in front of the apartment. From the apartment you reach (by foot) the train station in 3 minutes, the city center in 10 minutes and the dome church in 5 minutes. We have bikes, skate ramp, SUP and other things if you wish to borrow :) Towels and bed sheets are included.
