Five bedrooms with four double beds, a 120 cm bed, sofa bed in the living room. Small house with double bed, stargazing tent 19 sqm with five beds. Suitable for events, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking, there is no price difference whether you stay overnight or not. The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Get close to nature and enjoy the sun in Uppsala-Näs. We have our own jetty for swimming and private barbecue area right on the lake. The forest is outside the step so is good for those who like long walks. The lake also offers good fishing & skating in the winter for those interested. Nearest grocery stores, restaurants, cafes & pharmacy are about 10 min away by car. Uppsala center you can reach in 20 minutes by car. We have bus connections (Bus 107) 800 meters from here that goes directly into Uppsala in 30 minutes.

Cozy guesthouse with sun deck close to the sea

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.
