This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Mysigt och fräscht hus med fantastisk utsikt och sol hela dagen/kvällen. Huset ligger högt upp med veranda som går runt huset. Fri utsikt över Horsfjärden. Huset har tre rum och kök. Sjöutsikt från alla rum. Sovrum 1 med dubbelsäng, sovrum 2 med bred våningssäng (120 cm där nere). I nära anslutning till huset finns gästhus med bred våningssäng och toalett. Nära till strand med hopptorn, golfbanor, café, restaurang, affär, båt till Utö. 30 minuter från Sthlm med bil. Smidig kollektivtrafik.

Egen stuga med plats för 1-3 personer. Soffa och liten matplats och litet pentry med mikro, kokplatta och kylskåp. Liten dusch och toalett. Hela stugan är på 15 kvm. Stugan ligger på villatomt med skyddat läge. Parkeringsplats på tomt. Tv-skärm med chromecast. Sängen är 120 cm bred och överslafen är 90 cm. Ca 4 min promenad till busshållplats. Buss till Huddinge C ca 10 min, därefter ca en kvart med pendeltåg till Stockholm. Buss till Södertörns högskola/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 min.

Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. Välkomna till vår stuga med ett unikt läge på sjötomt i mysiga Gladö Kvarn. Vi är omgivna av stora naturreservat, men endast 10 min med bil, 20 min med buss till Huddinge C. Stor terass med sjöutsikt. Egen sittplats vid sjön. Huset har vardagsrum, kök, sovloft, dusch, tvättmaskin. Handukar och lakan finns och ingår i priset. 500 m till buss som går till Huddinge C och pendeltåg in till Stockholm C, 15 min.

Modern charmig liten men effektivt öppet planerad bostad/stuga vid lugn grusväg 500 m från Söderby brygga i Västerhaninge - mitt emellan Stockholm och Nynäshamn. Grannhus finns inom synhåll, men läget är ändå avskilt. Två sovplatser på loft via stege och två sovplatser i bäddsoffa. TV, wifi samt parkering med tillgång till laddstolpe. Värme/kyla med luft-luftvärmepump.
