What an amazing place to stay with family, the apartment is so beautifully decorated with attention to detail and very clean. The rooftop jacuzzi with amazing views is truly remarkable! A beautiful apartment in an unbeatable location, with the beach just steps away. Paul was excellent with communication—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment itself was very spacious, with a lovely living area and extremely comfortable beds that made for a restful stay. We initially expected a beach view from the balcony, which wasn’t the case, so just a heads-up for future guests. That said, the proximity to the beach more than made up for it. Overall, a fantastic stay and we'd happily return!"

We had a wonderful few days at Penny's apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely leafy outlook. The central location is fantastic and so convenient with the cafes, restaurants and shops of Avalon all within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy and Penny is a wonderful host.

We had an awesome stay at Daniel’s place! We're a family of four and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, and having things like spices, oil, and coffee already there made things so easy. The house is modern and had everything we needed. Daniel was a great host, really responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay for a fall weekend. We arrived at Friday night and found everything as described. Saturday we went to one of the nice cafes and then to Bouddi National Park. In the afternoon I took a trip around the lake in one of the kayaks. That was pretty amazing. The trip was great and the place is very nice for a weekend with friends. Thanks Stephen!

My family of four have enjoyed a lovely extended stay at the Manor Holgate whilst our home is being renovated. The home is lovely, cosy and has everything we could need for an enjoyable stay. What sets this place apart are the stunning, manicured gardens and grounds surrounding the property. It is such a private and peaceful property, the tall trees and lush dense bushland are so beautiful - you wont get tired of sitting out on the verandah relaxing amongst it all. My children have loved exploring and going on adventures down to the creek, running around the grassy lawns and swimming in the pool (just be weary of leeches!) Lane has been a fantastic, friendly and responsive host, accommodating us with a very last minute booking and has ensured we have everything we need for a comfortable stay. She has also helped us with a couple of special requests which we are so grateful for. We highly recommend staying at the Manor for your next relaxing getaway, you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing property right on lake tuggerah. Short drive to all cafes, pubs, and things to do. Will stay there again!

We found Helgas home to be exactly what we wanted, warm, clean and homely. Helga was a lovely host who always ensured we were ok and our doggo and ourselves would stay here again when visiting Pearl Beach. Thank you Helga!

Wonderful stay! Sarah was very responsive and helpful, easily replied quickly and was able to accomodate extra requests with a smile. Place was absolutely perfect for our young family and dogs. Fantastic backyard for kids, safe and they lovely exploring the “jungle garden” (palms 😂). Outdoor entertaining area was incredible. Clean, comfortable and modern. Had everything we needed! Would recommend for sure.

I had a lovely stay at Tina and Chris’s place! Although I didn’t get to meet Tina in person, she was incredibly responsive and helpful through messages. Chris was so welcoming and friendly—it truly felt like a home. The space was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and warm place to stay. Thank you both!

Xanthe's place has a lovely aspect, is very quite (there is a Police Station at the end of the road that might help;), has a lot of sun light and is very comfortable. The deck area is very large so great for our dog and all the amenities worked as described. The sofa, dinning table and decor were very nice and rustic and the kids loved the sunroom with a hammock chair. The street itself suited us perfectly. The area is within walking distance to Mona Vale and lots of shops and gyms etc, walk to the beach and dog park, close to the B1 bus to the city and also easy access to anywhere else on the Northern Beaches.

We had an amazing holiday. Adam and Sarah's apartment was absolutely lovely - beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. they had left clear instructions. The apartment was located within easy walking distance of shops and the gorgeous Dee Why beach and restaurants and on the main bus route to other places. Would highly recommend.
