Fully newly built apartment in villa! Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed, as well as a floor mattress for a child is available. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You will receive a code for the door by the host on the day of arrival. You can check in as late as you like Electric car charging box is also available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a porch under the roof is available.

The completely private back sleeps a nature pool and wood-burning hot tub for about 10 persons. Enjoy the newly built sauna for 8-10 people. 8 parking lots next to the house which of course is fully equipped in every way possible. Allergy: Dog/cat allowed. Our outdoor cat will be staying unless you have made a different request (does not require any of you as a guest).

Cozy guest house with sun deck close to the sea

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

Brand new designer villa on private lake side property. You see the lake wherever you go. Small sandy beach (mixed small stones). You will feel like you are alone on the lake. No motorboats allowed. Only sound from birds and the wind. Shoppingcenter and foodcourt 10 minutes away. Central Stockholm 25 minutes. Everything for the kids; Trampoline, bicycles, kayaks, toys, cutlery. (We have 3 children). So safe with fences, gates. Wonderful natural forrest where you can hike for hours. Artlovers.

Dream house 260 sqm with spa and jacuzzi

A wonderful 260 sqm house in classic Enskede. 4-5 bedrooms and a new private spa-area with jacuzzi, sauna and luxury shower. The charming house from 1920:s has open fire, spacious rooms, PS5, Oculus Quest, HBO, Netflix, pinball, fussball, table tennis, spinning bike etc The streets are lush, child friendly, beautiful and very calm. The garden is amazing with patio, out door dining table and grill, overlooking the fruit trees and flowers. 5 min walk to subway, 10 min to Stockholm centre.

Spacious house with pool wood-fired sauna, patio and lake view. The lake downstairs has nice cliffs and jumping towers. Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed for two in living room. Small house with queen size bed, stargazet tent 19 sqm with two double beds. Suitable for events, company events or just nice friends:-) Everyone who should be in the house should be in the booking, there is no price difference if you stay overnight or not. Bus 428 takes 30 min Stockholm
