Real talk — pick this house. It's GORGEOUS and COMFORTABLE. I'm an ICU nurse by day and contractor by night and have spent the past 9 months remodeling it to perfection. Spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room/TV area. -2 bedrooms (queen beds) -Office (pull-out couch + curtain for privacy) -Living room couch can be slept on. 30 minutes to Zion NP + infinite other recreation options. I'm not kidding — you'll be SO HAPPY you picked my house.
